Article is inaccurate. The Supreme Court has had no Protestant justices since John Paul Stevens retired. Garrick would be the fourth Jewish justice on the current court. The three currently serving are Breyer, Ginsberg, and Kagan.

Yes, I knew it was wrong. But did not know the number of Jewish Justices. I thought almost all were Catholic.
