Donald Trump will miss the final Republican presidential debate to address a major pro-Israel lobbying organization instead, according to an insider.

“Hearing that Trump secured a Monday night speaking slot at AIPAC conf. in D.C,” tweeted Noah Pollak, executive director of the Emergency Committee for Israel, referencing the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

“Also happening that night: [the] Republican debate in Salt Lake City,” he added, alluding to the 13th GOP presidential contest on March 21.

Fox News announced on Monday that it is hosting next week’s contest in Salt Lake City -- its fourth event this presidential election. Trump remained non-committal later that evening when asked about his plans.

“Well, I don’t know,” he said on Fox News’s “On the Record” when asked if he would attend the contest. "I know nothing about it right now.

he’s afraid of Megyn I guess?

The conman will never build a wall nor deport anybody. Soon after the inauguration you will wonder, “But what about the wall and all these illegals.”

From my point of view, I can’t wait to check in with you trumpies 2 or 3 years from now.

Lol - I just envisioned a debate with Cruz and Kasich! That would be a riot! Good for you, Mr. Trump!

We could all take a drink every time we heard mailman and barmaid. No - risk alcohol poisoning.

Good move......Fox will have to cancel this ambush as it was planned. A thousand Romney wannabes would have packed the Salt Lake City venue and would have overwhelmed the Trump supporters.

Good. Too many already. It will just be bashing Trump with his opponents getting twice the time and the moderators joining in.

The novelty factor has worn off, and he can’t really deliver substance.

I'd say Trump is delivering pretty good tonight. Where's cruz, eh?

No need for debate. Trump will not win Utah. And he’s leading in Arizona. HE should just do rallies and town halls in AZ. Let Kasich and Cruz debate each other.

You Cruz folks are going to be sitting around crying with us when your man and our man are both destroyed by the gop, the democrats, the media and stupid voters.

Unless, the gop actually DOES help Cruz. And I seriously doubt they’ll help him win.

Fox has been clear all along they want to ambush the candidates. They want to be show they can beat the candidates into submission. The Fox News Channel debates have been the worst of all.

the debates have become tiresome and stupid. It is all about a set up to attack and give others a mouth piece.

Thank God!
He doesn’t need to do this. He is the front-runner, and he doesn’t need to give Kasich and Cruz time and attention to dig in to his lead.

That, and it is in Salt Lake City and Megyn Kelly is hosting it.

Any questions?

"Hearing that Trump secured a Monday night speaking slot at AIPAC conf. in D.C,”

That should be good for a laugh or two.

Good decision for Trump.

We’ve had far too many “debates.”

FOX and Megyn must be freaking out downsizing the stage by half.

Smart. Was going to tell Trump or his sons to skip it. Romney Setup Was Clear as Day. Have to be an idiot not to see it.

Why are you complaining? Your candidate gets center stage and gets
to debate Kasich.

Cruz gets to show how smart he is.

if he skips there is a fair chance it’ll get cancelled or just the moderators and Cruz on the stage... I don’t think Kasich will hang around much longer.
