Somehow you forgot to include these paragraphs which the W Times at least considered more important as they carried them very close to the top. (And of course anyone here can read for themselves at the link you provided.)

Off course he said that then continued on to accuse Trump of causing it. Sort of like saying yes I do, then no don't, which is true?

I checked. It was. I still have the tab up from when I posted it. That was not at the top of the article when I posted it. In fact, it wasn’t in the article at all.
That doesn’t change that he also said what the original article posted said.
