Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” while discussing the recent protests and violence at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s rallies, Sen. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said Trump was “encouraging people to violence” and pointed to an instance where he said to “punch that guy in the face” as his proof.

“Trump did justify the sucker-punch. Did he not?”
No, he did not.
BTW, have you started thinking of a new handle to use once you get banned from here for your continued lies and distortions?
The handle you’re using now is mud.
If Rubio is a real leader, he must take responsibility for creating that protest and tone down his rhetoric!

How's this:
I'd like to punch him in the face
Oops................
I voted for Cruz in the primary, and I hate him saying this.
Now liberals AND many Republicans are taking what is essentially the position that conservative opinions stated in public are fighting words, thus justifying assault on those who utter them without taking it back or cowering in apology.
I believe your old jackazz genes are showing. Why was the person that got the heck knocked out even there? In my view that thug was sitting at home days ago and started a trajectory leading to that punch. When the BLM gang leader assigned the marching orders to go to the Trump Rally and incite violence the die was cast. The BLM thug going to the rally is what incited the violence.
I would like a link for when Trump told someone to punch anyone in the face. This is another Teddie lie.
I have seen every Trump rally.
find me a link, please.
I heard Trump lament that trump wishes that Trump could punch someone in the face. Not the same thing.

This is exactly correct. Ted is attributing to Trump words he never said.
You don't blame Trump for what just happened in Chicago-- even though that's what you were just doing-- but you're worried about some old man sucker punching a guy who was calling little girls sluts and whores as he was being led out (media won't report that)? You're position is totally contradictory and stupid.
Cruz has turned into the worst of the candidates.. hes going for the jugular and he isnt stopping.. all for his power grab..
And apparently his supporters too: “Trump’s brownshirts” in this thread. Beyond the pale.
You are illiterate.
Ted is worthless as tits on a Hillary
Because trump didn't instruct his followers to do any such thing.
Here's the incident that the Trump-hater was exaggerating:
"I'd like to punch him in the face," Trump said, remarking that a man disrupting his rally was escorted out with a smile on his face. "He's smiling, having a good time."
Such heat-of-the-moment hyperbole did not constitute Trump "telling his supporters to punch people in the face", which would make whoever made such an assertion a liar.
What a track record you have here at FR.
Been a member since 10-2001 and you have a whopping 4 page history of comments.
Another Trump supporter. Why don’t you threaten to punch me in the face while you’re at it.
You also should add that Trump didn’t think it was enough for police to take them out.
Why would I vote for this guy for president, when I wouldn’t want him on my local school board?
Sorry man, we don’t toe the line of your Dear Leader. You appear to think that you can hijack FR and make it the exclusive platform for pro-Trump devotees. Won’t work. Face up to reality.
When it comes to defending your guy, you’ll even redefine the meaning of ‘radical left’. Suddenly, encouraging your followers to not be bullied by the left is itself ‘radical’. It used to not be that way, but when Cruz decided to blame Trump for the violence of the left, the unthinking Cruz worshipers like yourself had no choice but to get on board. After all critical thinking is less important than defending Saint Ted. Trump is showing the right how to fight the left, and Cruz has joined the left in attacking him for it, as have you with your disingenuous comments.
I apologize for my comment, but you made a serious mistake in your post.
Read Trump’s comment and Cruz’s lie again.
