On Friday night the Trump campaign called off their Chicago rally due to security threats. Leftist protesters cheered, beat Trump supporters, block an ambulance to the local hospital and screamed profanities at families staying at the Trump Hotel.
Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and John Kasich sided with Bill Ayers, Black Lives Matter, Communists and violent far left protesters.
The anti-Trump protesters blocked ambulances and screamed at emergency workers, “F*ck you! F*ck you! Back up and go around!”
The anti-Trump mob beat police officers outside the arena.
On Saturday Ted Cruz lost support of prominent conservatives.
Ted Cruz also lost support of law enforcement.

Trumps call too for violence is not befitting of a President let alone a CEO. His crying after the fact is akin to killing his parents then crying he’s an orphan. While the ultimate responsibility lies with the protestors we are so eager to give a pass to the man stoking the “punch them in the face” flames
Cruz took sides when he attacked Trump.
He sided with the protesters.
If he thought he was right, why isn’t he repeating on all the shows he’s been
on? He knows he’s screwed the pouch. That is why he is not repeating it.

Cruz will find that he picked the wrong backs to stab once he’s choking on the poisonous gasses filling his lungs. He and all other traitors will be judged harshly for his actions when Trump becomes President. (And even if Hitlerbeast steals the election, Cruz will be choking on poisonous gas, because who on earth could trust the man?)
Quit spreading this spin. He gave a perfunctory condemnation against violence and then proceeded to blame it all on Donald Trump and his campaign. I saw the video. It's the equivalent of saying "Well yes, the rapist is at fault...but if that slut wasn't walking around in her slutty clothes nobody would have raped her. Her actions and style made her get raped."
That is “UTTER” (Cruz’s favorite word) PC Crap ! Either Trump has free speech or he does not.

The thing is, from a gut-level perspective, Cruz's speech still sounds like he was blaming Trump.
And what about Trump's "rhetoric?" His attendees have a right to defend themselves when they are disrupted. Trump's supporters are not going to other rallies and disrupting those.
Cruz blew it big time, if was nominated I was going to hold my nose and vote for him, but I have no intention of supporting Cruz whatsoever.
You want to try something really interesting? Try to figure out where Obama was during that robbery. Figure out why he already knew Ayers when he moved to Chicago.
Cruz got his orders and obeyed like the good GOPe servant he is.
You know, I did, too - I always loathed his speaking voice. But I persuaded myself for a while because I thought he was intelligent and had mastered policy. But when he doubled down on greasy, unctuous dirty tricks and lies, I realized my error. Every time I’ve made a serious mistake in my life it is because I overlooked my initial reaction to people and events.
I disagree with your observation. The agitators did not attack Trump and his supporters because of Trump himself, they attacked them because Trump is the frontrunner of the opposition party. If Cruz were the frontrunner the agitators would attack him and his supporters.
Cruz jumped the shark on this one. Big time.
