What an asshat - if he thought for one second about what he said, he might realize the point he’s making is the exact opposite of what he intended.

Those opposed to Obama never protested in this fashion because those opposed to Obama believed in civility and appealed to reason rather than violence.

Those opposed to Trump DID raise hell because those opposed to Trump don’t give a rat’s rear about civility and instinctively appeal to force rather than reason.

I’ll be voting for Cruz on Tuesday, but I’m 100% in support of Trump in returning to rally in Chicago. I am however discouraged by all the Trump/Cruz animosity on this forum - as much as I prefer Cruz to Trump I think I’ve got enough sense to realize the enemy is on the streets and in the newsrooms, not in the Donald’s campaign office.

Rubio telling his voters to vote for Kasich in Ohio is unprecedented. Cruz, Rubio and Kasich are not running to win. They are running to prevent Trump from winning. Normally a candidate runs to win and when it is clear they can not win they drop out. It matters little whether they get paid for protesting or not. More important point is the protesters denied 1st amendment rights to the 25,000 Trump audience who had signed up to attend the event. Which means only one thing...these protesters are anarchists and do not respect the US Constitution.
