Rush masterfully putting seeds of doubt and fear into his listeners about Trump by discussing Dem Operation Chaos, and Diamond and Silk being Ditch and Switch Operatives.

I figured out a couple weeks ago thats what bothered me about Cruz so much, was that preachy tone — and his inability to answer anything without relating it back to Trump!
I didn’t watch the debate last night-—but your points touch on my observations exactly and I’m not surprised to hear Cruz still at it.

Just as Rush spent next to NO time discussing the significance of the Jeff Sessions endorsement, he probably won’t mention Ben Carson and Trump coming together.

I’ve been saying for a couple of days now, when voters start hearing about Cruz’s donors, they are going to have a rude awakening - and Cruz is going to be in the hot seat.
There is absolutely something to be said for having NO DONORS and not being obligated to them. We aren’t talking about that quite yet...!

If there was a true “Switch and Ditch” as Rush is trying to push, I’m fairly certain FReepers would’ve been all over this months ago!
I think Rush’s initial comments asking if there was a debate last night was the correct one. He was unaware of it. Now he is peddling hard to cover up that he never watched it. The earlier comment he made about Cruz’ brilliance at the debate proves he never saw it. He just made that up, knowing he would have wanted to find him brilliant. Rush is unprepared (again) and is covering up bigtime.
Thanks very much. I’m glad we’re in agreement. Cruz’s father is a preacher of some sort, so perhaps Rafael Jr. picked up some of his cadence from his father.
Like you, I am particularly put off by Cruz’s incessant habit of tying every statement he utters back to Trump in an accusatory manner.

Alan West is coming to SE Michigan tomorrow for a speaking engagement. It’s floating around that he could be VP-select for Trump.
