Replay the tape. They all shook hands, Cruz and Donald included, with each other.
I knew it was pretty lopsided, but not that much.
thanks..
They keep switching to the media talking heads, and they keep going, uh, um, uh, um
And we all know Trump will easily win in Fla.
Even his closing was sad but his Father was a Mailman-who knows.
That is the Trump SuperPAC.
They want him to win the primary, because they want Hillary to win the general.
Last post of the night..
Trump just sealed it.. game over..
Yep...
If you’re watching this debate and think Trump is the best candidate on that stage then you need professional help.
I saw Trump and Cruz shake hands.
mabelkitty is ALL IN for TV Star and cannot see without her bifocals.
Rubio absolutely kept it out of the ditches tonight. I think he wanted to leave on a high note, that is my guess. He wanted to mend fences, take the high road, polish the silver, put it up, and hit the road!
So now that the debate is over - and closing statements done - my take is SIMPLY STRATEGICALLY SPEAKING:
* Rubio knew he had to target/pickup those Cubans in Florida to gain points. I think he did that, since he played to his advantage in that regard regarding the question of relations with Cuba. This will help him in Florida - but I do not think he will catch Trump overall, we will see.
* Trump stayed focused on what this debate was in play in this cycle - he focused on the concerns of the American worker. He excelled! This will be important in Ohio. He inspired the very spirit of the American worker by talking to them directly through their concerns. This was a huge A+ for Trump tonight, and will have huge dividends in Ohio and beyond. I think he has a great shot at winning Ohio.
* Kasich didn’t do bad, actually. He tuned into those things that are “his base” in Ohio. In that, he did well. But I think Trump has a great shot at Ohio and winner take all thanks to his outstanding performance tonight (again) speaking for the American worker.
* I think Cruz had the WORST night tonight. Not that he couldn’t speak to issues. It is just that he didn’t focus on WHAT ISSUES at this juncture in the election cycle. I think he will lose bigger both in Ohio and Florida now, and in other more Northern states.
Trump was the biggest winner tonight. No question about it.
Trump will self-fund during the primaries - is still deciding whether he will continue this in the general.
He only wants the people to control him - not the big donors.
Perfect!
He’s not self funding...he’s loaning his campaign money. He will pay himself back with donations from people and corporations...I’m sure you people will say he’s bought and paid for then
Has Frank Duntz’ group changed from Trump to Cruz or Katsup?
I did and I do.
Frozen up for last 120 secs.
I've been trying to vote for Trump for at least the last 10 minutes and it's not accepting my vote.
