If I stand alone for truth, then so be it.
Yeah, They were trying to kill someone before the car even stopped.
I actuallity you could say that even if they were not fireing at the vehicle because,
Keep in mind, In Oregon, a road block with no clearly defined escape is considered lethal force.
Here is a conservative site that tracks abuses and provides legal counsel to those caught up in abuses.
Good site.
The bottom line, Moonman, is that there shouldn’t have been ANY incursion in that state by the central socialist government’s BLM goons! Their very presence where not wanted is waving a red flag and shouting ‘Do what we say. We’re from the government!’
This is such a murky government created mess that comments should be left to the ‘local’ courts who will no doubt find the federales guilty!
My guess is you are a little DOJ Bluebird. :-)
The bottom line, HomerBohn, is battles should be fought in courts or in voting booths, not in the streets with the police.
Lethal force that was escalated to and put in place BY THE GOVERNMENT prior to Lavoy even being in the area.
Don’t waste your time or your money betting in Vegas.
I didn't know that. Is it in the Oregon statutes?
Lethal force that was escalated to and put in place BY THE GOVERNMENT prior to Lavoy even being in the area.
Is there evidence for that? Was the state government involved?
The shooters at the first time LaVoy stopped identified themselves as Oregon State Police, BUT, they were not dressed as such nor displayed any credentials and the vehicle were unmarked. It has been claimed that the first man out of the forest that I think shot LaVoy with a taser was also Oregon State Police.
Now we are told up to 5 FBI agents conspired to cover up key facts about this shooting, How many shots fired by which agency and whom. First the FBI did not shoot, then they are shooting ‘non-lethal’ rounds, (you know the ones that make that cool ricochet sound), then one agent fired two or three shots, now 4 others are lying and under oficial investigation for covering for him......
Researching Oregon statute on roadblocks, I want to read the statute as well.
There was no sound on the video I watched. - True; it’s best
not to get crossways of the police. - One day, ALL will be
said & done, and the Righteous Judge will judge all things
in Truth. IF you have dealt unjustly, He will declare it.
Are you on crack.... LEOs have vastly lower standards when it comes to shooting US citizens then US soldiers do in other countries... that includes bush ROE for iraq.

Its not just oregon seems US wide. View the link look in the comments section(first one) hit read more includes all the courts rules to backup a ambush/kill roadblock which is both illegal but mean legally they could have killed the cops/fbi and they could be charged... assuming they were held to the law instead of the corrupt law.
“Think Like A Cop - The Rest Of The Story1 month ago
For all the Lawyers and Cops coming here saying road blocks are NOT deadly force here is some reading from the Supreme Court:”

That’s a rather long comment. Where in it do you find the Finicum roadblock would have been illegal?
welcome to basic law, all law is long and generally stupid to either complicate the matter or any attempt to prevent technicalities.
If you don’t understand the court ruling the video goes over why the roadblock was illegal and in more understandable way.

Prohibited Pursuits (630.05)
a. Persons whose identities are known, who can be apprehended at a future time, and whose driving or conduct does not create an imminent threat of serious physical injury or death, will not be the subject of a pursuit. The sole exception to this prohibition is if the reason for the pursuit was his/ her involvement in a life-threatening felony.
I believe you are correct Georgia Girl.
I think we are in agreement no?
You seem upset Bluebird. Is it because your agenda has been disrupted? :-)
Your right i misread your post sorry bout that. Read it that LEOs have stricter standards for shooting people instead of what you stated which they have less strict standards then military..
