Its not just oregon seems US wide. View the link look in the comments section(first one) hit read more includes all the courts rules to backup a ambush/kill roadblock which is both illegal but mean legally they could have killed the cops/fbi and they could be charged... assuming they were held to the law instead of the corrupt law.

That’s a rather long comment. Where in it do you find the Finicum roadblock would have been illegal?
