When I heard that Neil Bush was going to be handling the cash part of the Cruz campaign, I had a thought:
What if Cruz is pResident, with a Bush as V.P.....now follow along here....So right after, maybe a few months later, something ‘happens’ to Cruz and then this ‘Bush’ would be pResident...goal all along...and people can't see it...
Remember Reagan/Bush....the night before Reagan was shot, Bush was at the Hinkley’s home in Denver, Colorado for dinner...we all knew about the Hinkleys and their son that had been jailed for various different reasons, including some mental illness problems, and then Reagan gets shot the very next day?
So be careful people...

Unless a time-machine is involved in the scenario, I don’t have to read beyond the headline.

Everyone thinks the Cruz/Rubio ticket will save them.....Not this Floridian Cruzer. I want nothing to do with Rubio. I'd rather have Cruz/Kasich, and that should prove how deep the animus is.

The only way Rubio wins is djt and Cruz both have fatal accidents.

I don’t think there’s ever been a VP pick before the primary is over.

Kasich/ Rubio because on a losing ticket, only the second name can continue to run again in 16 years.

I dont think theres ever been a VP pick before the primary is over.I remember that Reagan picked Schweiker early in '72, but I don't remember whether that was before or after the primaries were over (FD: I was a young twerp working for McGovern at the time, I have since seen the light).

What do the lottery ads say: You can’t win if you don’t play.
Rubio has a better chance of hitting the jackpot on a Powerball ticket then getting the nomination.
But it “is a chance”. :-)

I was born and lived in Florida until 2006
As I recall early voting in Florida ran about 60%.
A little late even if Cruz had a chance

Rubio would have a better chance juggling flaming chainsaws while riding a unicycle.

What a laughable thing.
People who stories like this one delude themselves.
Its human nature to avoid facing reality if it comforts us.
But its not making us the people we’re meant to be and misleading others with a lie is not a service.
Saying Boobio has a chance to win when he has no chance in truth of all is a form of mockery.
That’s what we don’t deserve.
