Just over half of Americans agree with Mitt Romney that Trump is a 'fraud' and a 'phony', but Republicans disagree
As the Trump campaign maintained its strong momentum Republican heavyhitters Mitt Romney and John McCain blasted the frontrunner in unusually blunt language. Romney's intervention was particularly severe, calling Trump a 'phony' and a 'fraud', while John McCain said that Trump was 'dangerous'. Trump reacted in typical style, noting that Romney had 'begged' him to endorse his 2012 campaign.
A narrow majority of Americans (51%) agree with Mitt Romney's assessment that Donald Trump is a 'phony' and a 'fraud', though 31% do disagree. Unsurprisingly a large majority of Democrats (71%) agree that he is a fraud, along with many independents (45%). Half of Republicans, however, disagree with Romney that Trump is a fraud and a phony, though a third do agree.
The limited impact of Romney's intervention may, at least in part, be due to Romney's relative lack of popularity among Republicans compared to Trump. 57% of Republicans have a positive view of Trump, while 46% have a favorable view of Romney. The same percentage of Republicans, 46%, also have an unfavorable view of their 2012 candidate.
Republicans also narrowly tend to say that they would rather see Trump (44%) in the White House than Romney (39%). Overall, however, Americans would prefer a Romney presidency (43%) to a Trump presidency (31%) but this is largely due to most Democrats (53%) backing Romney over Trump. Among independents Romney only narrowly wins, 38% to 33%.

And yet they didn’t listen to him and in fact gave Trump 3 of the 4 states up for grabs and even a Caucus in Hawaii. And they said Trump can’t win caucuses!-)
There’s a river haters, name it as you like:-)

Poor baby. Cruz won Idaho. You must be so proud. Cruz has won 7 whole states to trump’s 15. Bernie has now beaten Cruz with 8 and I don’t hear democrats saying he had a chance. The media is using Cruz to keep the advertising money coming in. They know that Cruz losing evangelicals was the death of Cruz. If he can’t get evangelicals, he’s no candidate.

Trump and Hillary are two peas in a pod. Both are so nasty, vile, foul and obnoxious and so obviously phony I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if voter turnout was below 40%. Only the true believer Kool Aid drinkers will come out.

Lying Don has said he could commit murder and he wouldn’t lose any voters among his supporters. We’re seeing evidence of it. Unfortunately, Lying Don’s negatives across the country are so astronomically high that he would even lose to Hillary in an orange jumpsuit.

An absolutely worthless poll from a worthless, UK based, organization:
YouGov is an international internet-based market research firm, headquartered in the UK, with operations in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.[2]
YouGov was founded in the UK in May 2000 by Stephan Shakespeare and Nadhim Zahawi. In April 2005, YouGov became a public company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.[3]
Stephan Shakespeare has been YouGovs Chief Executive Officer since 2010.[4] Its Chairman since 2007 is Roger Parry, replacing political commentator Peter Kellner who now serves as President of the company.[5] YouGov's former Chief Executive Officer Nadhim Zahawi resigned from the board to stand in the 2010 General Election and is now a Conservative Party MP for Stratford-on-Avon.
YouGov is a member of the British Polling Council.

3. Campaigning in the 800 churches, showing video "vote for me" with his preacher/father stomping for him. Rafael Cruz is a 7 Mountain Dominionist and believes his son is the anointed one.
4. "Brilliant" lawyer, did not know he was Canadian citizen and that he is not Natural Born Citizen, not eligible for office of P or VP.
5. Making phony video advertising with lies about opponents.

7. 7 Mountain Dominionist Church = Christian???
Just enough to beat Trump in IA, apologize, rinse and repeat? Liar is the polite term for this Cuban. His father was pro-communist in Cuba, imprisoned by Batista, but now he is refugee?
IRREFUTABLE AUTHORITY HAS SPOKEN
(Oct. 18, 2009) The Post & Email has in several articles mentioned that the Supreme Court of the United States has given the definition of what a "natural born citizen" is. Since being a natural born citizen is an objective qualification and requirement of office for the U.S. President (and VP), it is important for all U.S. Citizens to understand what this term means.
http://www.thepostemail.com/2009/10/18/4-supreme-court-cases-define-natural-born-citizen/
Applies to Cruz and Rubio, both at the time not born to US citizens and on US soil.

Ahhh... I recall on Cantor’s page, he had a number of issues each week that people could vote on for them to work each week at YouGov site. Thanks for posting a link to the origins. Hmmm

Polled by yougov.com members? Yes.
YouGov applies "statistical normalization methods" to adjust for bias in their member population that answer their polls.
In other words, they tell their sponsors pretty much what they believe they want to hear, by weighting the responses.
Postings on YouGov tend to be extremist, with a lopsided majority of "right-wing conservative" opinions.
Survey results consistently favor liberal or left-wing propositions.
Yes - I signed up as a member of survey groups and get the surveys on a regular basis.
No - the published survey results almost never match my opinions.
Perhaps I am just out of step with the times....:)

Let me tell you a little about this group. I get them all the time. When I tried to vote for Trump or choose something nice about him, it never goes through. When that happens, I just quit taking the poll. Most of the questions are about brands or businesses. They list about 20 different things and you click on the ones you have heard about, have negative/positive experiences, etc. Most are very boring. I have no clue how I got on that email list.
