A notorious Romanian computer hacker who released some of Hillary Clinton's private emails is facing extradition to the United States of America.
Known online as 'Guccifer,' Marcel Lehel, 42, lost his legal case in his home country after Romania's top court of appeal sanctioned a request by the U.S. to extradite him.
The ruling is final and the period of extradition could not exceed 18 months.

I view him as I do Snowden; the actions were illegal, that’s true, but it was a service to humanity.
Need an SNL-type skit with a Gilda-Radner-type on the Newsdesk with her frazzled hair and thick glasses complaining loudly...
Gilda-type: “What is all this talk about Hillary’s privates??? I don’t think Hillary’s privates should be talked about in the news. Hillary’s privates are not anyone else’s business.”

So he is in custody and Hillary is not. Yea that makes sense.
But they assured us that there was no evidence of foreign attacks on Hillary’s server.
It was just last week that information was “leaked” from the FBI investigation into Hillarys email server, stating that they had determined that it had not been hacked....ever.
This ought to be good.

Of course they did! Never underestimate the KGB. They just don’t like to make their activities public.

I do recall that. Any reason they would consider Guccifer not as foreign?
