A mong some people, the new parlor game is choosing who would make the worse President: Ted Cruz or Donald Trump. This is not a lady-or-the-tiger dilemma, but a tiger-or-tiger one. The choice is between a fiercely friendless reactionary and a bombastic, thoroughly dishonest egomaniac. You pick.

And Marco has gotten Mittens to make robocalls for him in MI.

From one failed politician to another! The stuff of comedy.

Richard Cohen hasn't sexually harassed any female media interns in what seems like AGES.

Wonder if Devon Spurgeon still uses his columns for toilet paper? :)

No one knows if Bernie is actually a tranny. Only his urologist knows for sure.

Doesn’t seem much of a choice for the GOP. They are all in for career politician Cruz.

They hate him but the priority now is to stop Trump.

Cruz can be disposed of later.

Pretty clear to me that Rubio is the GOP zombie candidate. He’ll drop out after FL to give Cruz a clear shot at Trump but will remain active to return later in the race.

This is a colorful, but ridiculous post. Here’s the money part:

“...and a personality approximating that of a wolverine”

Every one of us reacts to things mentally/logically, as well as viscerally - we can appreciate people who seem to be very sharp mentally, while at the same time rejecting them on a ‘gut level’.

That’s pretty much where I am. Some people think that Trump is a ‘bully’, and think at the same time that Cruz is a sweet guy. To me, Cruz comes across as someone who can put on a sweet demeanor while being pretty duplicitous and conniving on the inside; while Trump seems like a big blowhard on the surface, but my gut tells me that he’s a good man who means what he says - regardless of how poorly he sometimes says it.

Given the events of the past month or so, I’ve decided that I’m pretty sure where my vote is going - if I get the chance to vote.

I may be wrong - after all, I once voted for Perot, and gave the Clintons a nose under the tent - but,

Go Trump!

What do you mean Ted Cruz is a career politician? He was elected in in 2012 and isn’t even due for reelection. A senate seat is six years.

Just what is that supposed to mean? I have been a conservative since I was in high school about 1960 when we voted in a presidential election. It is odd but I can count on one hand the number of libs from my school days. The rest of us were the smart ones. I was born and grew up in MS. I wonder how we all became conservatives since the word republican was a bad word. There was not a republican group until the early 1970’s. One of the liberals lives in Boulder and I think that is the reason she is a lib. Bless her little heart. Vote Trump.

The choice is between a fiercely friendless reactionary and a bombastic, thoroughly dishonest egomaniac.

Even if every word of these descriptions is true, they're both better choices for president than Mrs. Bill Clinton.

"Torture"? What "torture" -- you talking about enhanced interrogation techniques like those used on KSM?

DemonRat readers will find your comments useful. Don't talk about "torture" unless you're talking about real torture.
