Voter Fraud In Maine Caucus Investigated (2012)
Brevard Times ^ | Wednesday, February 15, 2012 | Brevard Times

Posted on 03/06/2016 3:21:21 AM PST by WhiskeyX

A local FOX news station in Ohio investigated allegations of voter fraud in the Maine Caucus. During its investigation, it found that many cities had not been counted in the vote tally which supposedly elected Mitt Romney over Ron Paul.

Brevard Times corrected its article on the Maine results last Sunday from Mitt Romney wins to Mitt Romney did not win the Maine Caucus.

The allegations are disturbing that the Republican Party in Maine, like Iowa, delayed announcing that Mitt Romney had actually lost those races. The delayed Iowa results stole momentum from Rick Santorum going into New Hampshire while creating the illusion that Mitt Romney had the momentum.

Why post a FOUR YEAR OLD article — to serve as the basis for additional derangement & paranoia by some here?

It just demonstrates how party elites arrange these caucus episodes to run in some fashion and have the ‘right’ results.

Thank you for posting this article. Many of us realized that something was “off” yesterday.

It became apparent in Iowa. The concept of a caucus is uncomfortable. The secret ballot is a guiding principle of our freedom, yet in many states the first step toward choosing a President is anything but.

Absolutely, I could suspect that voters unfamiliar to the process and not wanting to offend local leaders, will be swayed. Voters will be swayed by expectations of their peers and family members.

That being said, Trump has got to get out there and get firm, no compromise, about stopping US jobs going to foreign workers and about being not shy about doing what it takes to stop ISIS. It hurts him when he even hints at compromise. He should be emphasizing that Cruz's compromises got us TPA and efforts to increase H1B workers. He should be bringing up Cruz's votes that enabled recreational regime change and arms to ISIS.

By his own admission, that’s all he is: a master of compromise. And as he has not demonstrated a sincerely held conviction to conservative beliefs, there is NO guarantee that the things he will compromise away will not be the conservative portions of his stand on the issues. I really wish Trump supporters would realize this. He’s basically already told yall that everything is on the table for negotiating away.

Ted Cruz couldn’t have killed Kennedy.

He hadn’t been born in Canada yet.

what I don’t get was how it was 12% reporting for well over an hour and the all of a sudden they reported the final results. I have not seen anything lime that before.

What happened to the other precincts who did not report , but then they gave the final results?

Yesterday Cruz showed us he has only won two , just two primary states and that was his own and the neighboring state of Ok.

Not won a single county in certain southern states.
Now won a single county in VA a swing state.

Caucuses are just when the real devoted hard core come out and for the general election you need more than that and it is not good for Cruz

Trump has been firm on stopping the invasion of the US, ending Common Core and bringing education decisions back to local governments, ending the Obamacare mandate, being unequivocal that ISIS is the enemy, and ending civilization-ending regime change initiatives. He's also firm on cleaning up those trade deals.

None of the others comes close to Trump's core platform.

“The article is from 2012. “

Evidently you did not read the part about the same history of vote fraud being repeated in 2016, and just after the same Mitt Romney benefiting from the 2012 vote fraud vowed to see to it Trump could not win the caucus/primary elections.

Precisely. And watch, no one will get indicted for it. It will go away and be forgotten. This is a typical ploy used mostly by liberals and people who did not get an outcome they wanted to taint the people they hate.

It is suspicious. They were going to release the results as they came in but then changed for some reason.

I remember after the recount in 2012 there were a lot of communities that hadn’t been counted in the original vote but Romney also increased his lead in others.
