If the Republicans in “leadership” really don’t want Trump, then they should put forward other candidates who truly make many of the arguments that he does and who stand by them.
Instead, the attack the evangelical Christian base. It’s not just Trump and his supporters who they despise, but also Cruz and his supporters as well.
In essence, the GOP elites have decided it’s time to stop representing evangelical Christians and to try to ridicule and suppress us out of existence, as if they could.

Obama; knowing full-well we were hung out to dry. What his
most recent “speech” did was to stab a man in the back who
had done him no harm & who had also supported him. Mitt
was talking out the other side of his mouth in 2012 when he
needed Trump. Now, the wanker can just sit down & shut up.
Evidently, even his wife was ashamed of his actions and
seemed to try to allay a tiny bit of the wound with a “kind”
word or two. Go figure. Weird. We’re done, GOPe. Put that
in your pipe & smoke it!
