Trump ought to tell Rinse he is done with debates.
Those things arent good for any of the candidates.
They have done enough and they arent about policy, just about bucks for the media and slinging gotcha mud.

Absolutely!
These “Debates” are an abject disgrace! Trump should put out a statement saying that he will NOT be attending any more faux debates. After what happened the other night, I think he would be cheered from the rooftops!
NO MORE DEBATES!
Anyone who is a loyal Republican and a conservative should agree with you. These “debates” have become nothing but disgusting and obscene circular firing squads that devastate the party’s chances of coming together and running a winning candidate in November. END THEM NOW!!!
What I like about trump is that he focuses in things that advance his candidacy.
I’m thinking that he is thinking pointing out the money won’t do as much for him as continuing to pound on ‘Make America Great Again’ theme.
CPAC is the establishment Megaphone.
CPAC is the establishmnt lie
The establishment and true conservative have nothing in common.
FUCPAC
Wow. You’ve got patience.
“NO MORE DEBATES!”
Totally agree... if Trump didn’t participate, it would throw Cruz and Rubio’s tag team strategy completely off. They’d have to attack each other again, while the country yawns. Kasich would probably win the debates by default, while Trump wins the votes.
BOL! Winning this loser event is worse than winning the Iowa Circus!
2006 George Allen 22% John McCain 20%
2007 Mitt Romney 21% Rudy Giuliani 17%
2008 Mitt Romney 35% John McCain 34%
2009 Mitt Romney 20% Bobby Jindal 14%
2010 Ron Paul 31% Mitt Romney 22%
2011 Ron Paul 30% Mitt Romney 23%
2012 Mitt Romney 38% Rick Santorum 31%
2013 Rand Paul 25% Marco Rubio 23%
2014 Rand Paul 31% Ted Cruz 11%
2015 Rand Paul 26% Scott Walker 21%
Absolutely!
Trump said he skipped CPAC because he felt campaigning was very important at that moment.
That was the news I saw from his campaign.
I didn’t see any other reason listed by the campaign.
Why go talk to a bunch of conservatives from the District of Corruption who will be out of work if he wins?
Pray America wakes
Very interesting analysis. Thanks.
And to be honest, even "policy" has been overdone. I would like to see a debate focus on accomplishments and track record, you know, one of those qualities they select CEOs of large companies for. The only debate that asked a few questions on policy was the CBS debate. God love them. Focusing on policies all the time has enabled the imposter Rubio to stay in the race as long as he has. Wouldn't it be cool to have debates focused on a narrow range of subjects such as:

Did you see my recent FR tribute to him on Ulysses Trump?
Ive heard more than one CPAC rep on the cable news channels spout their talking point that Republicans need to come to CPAC to ‘show respect’.
This unnerved me.
Many many people on both sides of the aisle are tired of the self appointed kingmakers, or as Cruz calls them, the Washington cartel. CPAC has turned into, in some ways, little more than a traveling road show for the K street money changers.
I don’t care who you are, there is no one body, no organization, no person to which a candidate should present themselves. There is no requirement to kiss the ring. The voters are what matters. Period.
