Gotta ask, how can Cruz be a natural born citizen of America if he was previously a citizen of Canada? This issue needs to be decided in a federal court BEFORE the GOP nomination convention.
IMO, Cruz should have sought long ago to have his issue of NBC eligibility decided in federal court. IMO, it is a black cloud hanging over his candidacy. Almost certainly the Dems will go after him in court if he gets the nomination and if a federal court DQ’s him, then the election may very well have been handed over to the socialists.
