I live in Rui most of the time.
Hatch Chiles, always.
Today breakfast was butter in the pan, Hatch chiles, purple onions, three eggs cracked into pan (yellows broken), kosher salt & pepper, then gently folded so there was a nice mix of white, yellow, and in-between.
With some Apache flatbread.
Sat on the deck and watched the elk and the clouds on the mountain.
Damn, skipped breakfast this morning now need to go out and get a green chile burrito!
But back to the matter at hand -- very disappointed at her after her law and order stand got her elected in the first place. Only good thing is that for the most part she's better than Richardson and not as corrupt.
I miss Hatch chiles. Although here in Houston the chile roasters are at some of the supermarkets during the fall, just like back in Albuquerque.
One time I had a bad bout of bronchistis. I found that Hatch Chiles indeed have medicinal value.
Great breakfast!!! You live in a beautiful part of the state!
Can I come to your house sometime for breakfast? (jk) LOL!!
Running low on green chiles it is time for more!!!
Have to put them on almost everything!!! Addicted!!!
Take care.........pilgrim
