An Egyptian immigrant in the U.S. on a student visa is getting deported after making threatening remarks about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
According to the website Egyptian Streets, Emad El-Din Ali Mohamed Nasr El Sayed, was arrested three weeks ago after police say he posted a death threat against Trump on Facebook.
“I am willing to kill Donald Trump and serve a life sentence,” El Sayed said on Facebook. “[T]he whole world would thank me for doing that.”
It may or may not have been serious, but in any case it appears likely to cost El Sayed. He was arrested by local police Feb. 12.
While El Sayed initially faced a charge of making an illegal threat, authorities apparently decided to drop it and instead simply revoked his student visa. That means El Sayed will have to return to Egypt.

So he is NOT being deported. He is being asked to leave. How did that work out for 12 million illegals?

And the kicker is this guy was attending a Los Angeles area flight school...that’s right.
Donald Trump is a Presidential candidate under the protection of Secret Service. This person should be subject to the same procedures that would be followed if he had threatened Obama.
Emad El-Din Ali Mohamed Nasr El Sayed was stupid enough to have his words documented. There are plenty more, however, who have NOT been adequately vetted or investigated in any way, who are thinking or harboring just such thoughts, and the very real possibility exists that one of these renegades, like the sprinters who dash across the White House lawn and get within the doors, could actually get within range and get a shot fired off.
This happens when you welcome scorpions and cobras inside your house. Especially if you do not want to know if they are scorpions and cobras.

How is someone here on a student visa, automatically an immigrant? I mean, did they come here to go to school or to permanently live here?
