Still hope that we can oust the clown in a brokered convention. Just combining Rubio and Cruz gives more delegates than Trump, so that’s a start at stopping the insanity.

I am a Cruz supporter and will likely caucus for him on Saturday here in Kentucky. That being said, your remarks about insanity don't make sense to me.
Trump has brought millions of people together in an exciting campaign, this in the Republican party which never sees this kind of excitement. It was Trump who had the gonads to bring up illegal immigration in this election cycle and the accompanying wall. Why would we want a few leaders in a “smoke filled room” determine who our nominee should be.
I would much rather the peoples voice be heard and Donald Trump be the nominee than have Mitch McConnell determine who it would be. If I thought there were no way for Cruz to get the delegates he needs for a first vote win then I would vote for Trump just so the GOPe can't force Romney down my throat. If they do that I hope that Trump runs third party and destroys what is left of the Republican party, I would vote for Trump in that situation. I don't dislike Romney, he's a great guy but he's not a conservative. Perhaps he is more conservative than Hillary but just barely.
