Delegate rundown chart and a good Interactive Map.

Yea, Dr. Ben is just too weak politically to make a difference.
The voters have the chance to change their affiliation!!! Trump NEEDS to take this to the voters !!!!
Still hope that we can oust the clown in a brokered convention. Just combining Rubio and Cruz gives more delegates than Trump, so that’s a start at stopping the insanity.
Sad. Cruz couldn’t even get 40% (!!!) in his home state.
This is more applicable to Trump supporters.
We have seen where compromise has lead this nation. You want more of it?
Great night for Trump. He now has 5 “Rule 40” states. Cruz has none (and won’t get any) and Rubes has none (and won’t get any).
Then why did they put this clause in the Constitution: “or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution”? By your definition, all the Founders would be natural born citizens.
I heard the 8 state rule is also a consideration? The way I understand it, to get on the 1st ballot at the convention, you need to have won at least 8 states?
so if Rubio doesn’t satisfy this requirement, how are his delegates apportioned in the first ballot?
can someone elaborate?
It is great that the Cruz supporters here have been able to keep their enthusiasm level up. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the easy picking states for Cruz have now been decided. It is a very steep climb from here.
If we go to the link and back out Texas (Trump 33, Cruz 99, Rubio 3), we get the non-Texas delegate counts of
Trump 283 (51.8%)
Cruz 127 (23.3%)
Rubio 103 (18.9%)
Kasich 25
Carson 8.
Yet Trump only won about five Texas counties. It is hard for the weak-minded to resist the celebrity and media frenzy surrounding Trump. Cruz prevailed despite this.
This election cycle is not comparable to others.
Here is the count 24 hours ago.
http://www.uspresidentialelectionnews.com/2016-primary-delegate-count/
Trump had 82 while Cruz had 17.
Trump led by 65 Delegates. 82-17 = 65.
Trump now has 316 Delegates and Cruz has 226
Trump leads by 90 Delegates. 316-226 = 90
Trump will win New York, Florida, California...
Game over and thanks for playing.
Try keeping up before calling people names. If you were a little more thoughtful and respectful you’d see that my response was to a Trump supporters suggesting Cruz was going to ask the RNC to have texas primary every week.
Quit acting like Trump...it’s very juvenile.
The post I was replying to said something like most Texans stood by principle and did not vote for Trump. I pointed out that most Texans did not vote for Cruz either. How is that wrong in any way? Trump is not the sitting and supposedly very popular Senator from any of those states. Cruz is. By way of comparison, I think W got over 80% when he ran in the primary as the sitting Governor. We’ll have to wait and see how Trump does in NY to compare home states.
They do...they give him free coverage non-stop and they don’t pullout real negatives on him yet.
Just wait if he gets the nomination...they will go for McCain on him. Remember how the media came against McCain after he got the nomination?
You have your Delegate count wrong.
Trump has 316.
You’re right about the media wanting Trump to win.
But the polls for closed primaries are wrong—just look at Oklahoma. Cruz came out of no where to win that.
I like your simplicity.
Ah so you agree with the GOPe that we need to run a liberal to win. Got it.
Marco will win the Foam Party nomination
