Understand that "veteran" doesn't necessarily mean "pro-American." Unfortunately, some who have served use their military resume to belittle this country's efforts to remain free and safe. It's nothing new.

This is appeasement plain and simple, and based on the misguided assumption that if we show affinity to them, they’ll be less likely to lash out. It demonstrates an utter ignorance of the Islam mindset, and is a demonstrably-ineffective technique. No matter how far over these idiots bend to try to gain cooperation, the Islamics will merely demand more and more, until finally the appeasers fully convert, at which point the Islamics have won.
