a group, Veterans for Peace

Understand that "veteran" doesn't necessarily mean "pro-American." Unfortunately, some who have served use their military resume to belittle this country's efforts to remain free and safe. It's nothing new.

But do not for a second assume that these left-wing tools represent the majority -- or even a significant minority -- of America's veterans. They're just another splinter group co-opted by their radical masters to push the "Hate America First" agenda.

That’s true. General Arnold was not only a veteran, but a hero, till not. Not suggesting members of this group are traitors, but as you note veteran encompass’ many people.
