Governor Chris Christie Endorses Donald Trump-Conservative Treehouse
Conservative Treehouse ^ | February 26, 2016 | Sundance

Fort Worth Texas earlier today.

The twittersphere encapsulated the day brilliantly when someone said: "Donald Trump Hires NJ-based Demolition Expert to Finish Troublesome Project". That sub-headline is just too good not to share.

Not only did Donald Trump find a way to starve the media oxygen from the best laid schemes of the frat boys running the GOPe "Full Mississippi" attack plan; but somehow Trump simultaneously created an immediate comparison between a serious and strong campaign -vs- a staggeringly overmatched boy Rubio. Brilliant. Simply, brilliant.

Chris christie donald trumpHaving Chris Christie join with Donald Trump is like having Chris Kyle take position on his six.

ABC - Former presidential candidate and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie endorsed Donald Trump for president today.

"I'm proud to be here to endorse Donald Trump," Christie said at a campaign rally in Fort Worth, Texas, adding later, "I'm happy to be on the Trump team."

Christie suspended his presidential campaign after finishing sixth in the New Hampshire primary, and announced he was supporting his former rival for a number of reasons.

"First is that Donald and I along with Melania and Mary Pat have been friends for over a decade. He has been a good and loyal friend to our family," Christie said. "Secondly, I've been on that stage. I've gotten to know all the people on that stage. And there is no one who is better prepared to provide America with strong leadership that it needs both at home and around the world than Donald Trump."

The New Jersey governor said he made his decision Thursday morning.

Are we in a nightmare !? Chris Christy, the most left wing “republican” in American history who has been licking the feet of Obama now supports Trump??? Why did Trum accept such a jackass endorsement left wing endorsement ?? What has happened to trump since yesterday? It was a pain to watch him speak on live Tv today. He was repeating like a robot and for 30 minutes about how Rubio was “sweating” during the debate... It seemed he nearly only talked about that, like a 5 year old bullying! It never stopped, This is not presidential. I felt like I was back in pre-school. Common Trump stop buying like this you will be the one killing your very own candidacy ...

I’m voting for Cruz now . He is a real conservative not someone acting to be one... Trump is hiding a liberal side. I will never forget he was pro abortion.

I’m for a wall to protect our country against Mexico, but frankly I don’t believe Trump can do this anymore - it’s just a bluff in order to get our votes.

trump acted like an imposter today, very disappointed.

Yes, Trump is probably figuring: this isn't even a fair fight!

The guys with true executive experience are all gone: Bush, Walker, Christie, Fiorina.  Kasich is barely hanging in there.

And now you've got these two rookie Senators with almost zero experience.  It's no contest, especially since the votes for the rookies is divided.

Another thing people have long discounted about Trump.  Trump's got a network.  For ten years he's known and cultivated his relationship with Chris Christie, and today it paid off big time.

The Christie endorsement gives him an extra boost at a key time, it also deflates the chihuahuas' balloons about taking Trump down a peg in the debate last night.

You just have to laugh -- and be impressed -- with the political chops of the Trumpster.

You heard this on Alex Jones? I’ve never heard Christie say he’s taking on Banks and all of the bloviating from Trump is he’ll build a wall and prosecute Hillary. She’s shaking in her pantsuit. He never says how it’s done. I’ll believe it when I see it.

I' ve been following FreeRepubplic for years.
Everyone here were allergic towards Chris Christie, he has always been considered as a liberal - you know that .
So now why do you people here think he is a wonderful person ?
This is really becoming a tragedy. It not possible to be this naive...

What would you say if Obama suddenly would endorse Trump? Would you be pro Obams too then?

Rememember this: Trump will never be able to build a wall. We have to stop taking our dreams for a reality.
Trump is a liberal in wolf clothing - that's all. You don't see this yet apparently , but the signs are now slowly showing up.

Trump accepted to be endorsed by Christie, this is pure madness, what a moral mistake.

Texas for ever. No liberals in my State.

Well Tex, before you go all six-shooter regarding Christie’s endorsement of Trump, take a look in your own backyard and ponder the questionable endorsement of Cruz by that lunatic Glenn Beck. My tagline will give you a hint of where to start, and the following post made earlier today by long time FReeper ‘Liz’ will give you some additional material to consider regarding the junior Senator from your fine State:
_________________________________________________

“Some Texans say the Cruz that ran for the Senate is not the Cruz seen on the presidential circuit. Trusting Texans spent time and money on him.....making calls on Cruz/s behalf for the votes that helped him win his Senate office.

Nowadays, these onetime Cruz supporters are airing their gripes - many are p!ssed at Cruz for not disclosing that as a Senate candidate, he was still a Canadian citizen.

It/s not helping Cruz to be called liar at his public appearances. The Carson fiasco still reverberates followed by the Bible video debacle.

Cruz/s political blunders pile up ... one disaster after another. But there are similarities: Cruz is looking more and more like the late unlamented prez candidate, ex-Texas Gov Rick Perry - two stealth candidates trusting Texans hardly knew.

At first, Cruz (like Perry) looked good....prez material, even. Then candidate Cruz (like Perry) began admitting things that trusting Texans knew nothing about.

Gov Perry shocked his constituents when he admitted in a presidential debate that he was using trusting Texans tax dollars to give illegals in-state tuition...and that they were heartless b/c they did not like this use of tax dollars. (Perry also installed the country’s first Sharia Court in Texas....active to this day).

Cruz heaped on the surprises:

<><> I didn’t know I was a Canadian citizen when I ran for the Senate until the media exposed it.

<><> I told trusting Texas voters wifey and I were liquidating family assets so I could get into the Senate.

<><> I didn’t know I was supposed to tell the FEC I borrowed over a million from my Wall Street margin accounts to fund my campaign.

<><> I told Mark Levin the borrowed funds were used for campaign ads....but I didn’t report this as required.

<><> And so on and so forth, ad infinitum, ad nauseaum.

BACKSTORY In Texas, Cruz’s Senate election fairy tale has become legendary......portraying himself to trusting Texans as a scrappy populist putting everything on the line to overcome a wealthy establishment opponent.

He was whining in the media, telling trusting Texans that he, and his faithful little wife (a $700,000 globalist lawyer employed by G/S), were forced to liquidate their entire family savings (of slightly more than $1 million) to fuel a come-from-behind win in the Republican primary.

NOW TRUSTING TEXANS LEARN Cruz did not liquidate family assets.....he got his hands on over a million dollars from his hefty margin accounts at G/S and Citibank......and did not disclose this on FEC reports (to keep it a secret from trusting Texans).

Cruz did not disclose loans on FEC reports (required by law) b/c Texans would have discovered he was not the aw-shucks rube he pretended to be. He continued the rube act in order to milk votes from trusting Texans.

At the same time, he also did not disclose he was a Canadian citizen......the Harvard-educated lawyer w/ two Ivy League degrees said he didn’t know.

When the Dallas Morning News published Cruz’s Canadian birth certificate, Cruz put trusting Texans through the charade of renouncing his Canadian citizenship.....even though Canada did not recognize dual citizenship at the time of his birth.”

Is this the only issue against Cruz? A supposed Canadian issue?
To me that “problem” has been totally overblown.

I want a candidate who talks about the real issues concerning us, the American citizens. The one-liner Trump keeps repeating again again : about building a wall while knowing Mexico will never pay for it... We have to be childish to believe he can do that. And I don’t want to spend more time listening on how other candidates are sweating on stage... We are not children !

That wall will never be constructed - unfortunately!

No, that is NOT the "only issue" and you ought to know that.

You're doing fabulous work, mkjessup, in bringing this new and extremely virulent disease, TDS, to the forefront of public awareness.

It's time for the Center for Disease Control to make TDS treatment a top priority. TDS victims should also be encouraged to come out of the closet and seek professional help.

Sad to say, but doctors have little experience treating this extremely infectious disease. The only known antidote we have today is for victims to be put on a strict regimen reading course.

Doctors are recommending their patients read one chapter from The Art of the Deal every 8 hours.

For patients in advanced stages of TDS, the frequency of reading doses can be stepped up to once every 4 hours and can include other Trump best sellers such as Art of the Comeback, The Midas Touch, and Think Like a Champion.

Once again, mkjessup, I commend you for publishing this public interest poster. Let's hope it reaches a wider audience beyond the FR audience.

In fact, it's probably best that doctors stand outside Rubio and Cruz rallies since it's known that the infection rate is particularly high in this demographic.

Well thank you for that FRiend, I am honored. It’s the least I can do in the face of such a deadly malady. With Ebola, people literally bleed to death. With TDS, they hate to death, both tragic ways to go.

Roger Stone, long time personal friend to Trump said that in an interview with Alex Jones, yes.

I did a quick youtube search and Trump also talked about the back channel funding by our so called allies in the ME funding ISIS. Youtube video from ABC presidential debate titled “Trump says Israel is funding ISIS” (I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE VIDEO TITLE.) The allies Trump was referring to are Turkey, Saudi Arabia and perhaps Qatar.

Wachovia/Wells Fargo and Bank of America got caught laundering $380bn of Mexican drug cartel money. Banks paid fines and not one banker went to jail. Trump can have his DOJ/FBI investigate other globalist banks to see if they are laundering drug cartel money, convene grand juries and if they get indicted and then convicted, fines will pay for the wall.
