Actually when I detect a tone - like I did in your reply - I tend to wander off attention wise. Why don’t try talking to people as though they are your equal - especially since there’s a good chance many are your betters. More might listen to you that way.
And you're concerned about "tone?"
I explained my position to you. Sorry if that's not sufficient.
Yes. Trump employs tens of thousands of Americans and a few H1-B workers.
It is clear you didn’t understand my response, nor how temporary workers with visas are managed.
I will repeat it in a different way: if company A has 1000 workers who are working on H1B, it is extremely likely that they only sponsored an extremely small percentage of those workers, say 100 as way of example. The agencies sponsor the rest. Therefore, if Trump actually sponsored 1100, that is the equivalent of the 100 in my example. His companies would have probably ten times the 1100 actually working there.
By further way of explanation: you know all the H1Bs people complain about at Disney? They weren’t sponsored by Disney. The were sponsored by the contracting firm. If this article was written about Disney, none of those H1Bs that people complain about would be included in the count.
Re:”Nothing in Ted Cruzâs background makes him qualified to be president. If Trump runs the country like has has run his business he will âMake America Great Againâ. Hell we donât even know if Cruz is eligible to be president.”
We don’t even know his citizenship status when he ran for the Senate. Like Obama Cruz has sealed all records that would demonstrate his citizenship status when he entered the US with his family, when he ran for the Senate, and when he renounced his Canadian citizenship before he ran for president.
The insurance industry is regulated at the state level, not nationally. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Yes. I happen to actually know that.
And that is about to change, my dear.
The federal government can regulate the insurance industry by virtue of the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution, (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3).
He's not like those other greedy billionaires.
"I shouldn't tell you that, I'm a greedy -I've always been greedy." --Trump
OK, he is.
This is why insurance companies are exempt (in many instances) from many Federal laws that cover almost any other industry, including Federal anti-trust laws.
The decisions of the Supreme Court can be legislated out of existence.
Just an act of Congress takes care of United States v. South-Eastern Underwriters Assoc. The insurance lobby does not want that legislation, but Donald Trump will be able to have Congress enlarge it, thereby dissolving the very limits we have now in each state on the number of Insurance companies who offer policies on health care. One can then pourchase a policy out of state.
The federal government has a compelling interest on behalf of the People to make nation wide venues for health insurance, and for the national licensure of physicians so they can really practice anywhere they might like.
This solution has been pointed out for years and now it will be accomplished in spite of the Insurance Lobby. The law making it possible came into effect on January 1, 2016. You can see it here:

I know it's a quaint notion, but maybe you could gather a few facts about the situation before posting. The workers were hired by a subcontractor and contractor of Trump who was totally unaware of the situation, as well he might be. Oh, and before you jump in with: he should have known - please just stop. Stop and think. Then post.

I totally understand about the agency percentage, but these were h2b workers and I wonder if that makes a difference in the calculation. They were also temporary for 120-160 days for the Palm Beach "season".
Thanks for the info ...
Have a great day!
