U.S. general: Obama 'aiding and abetting the enemy'
WND ^ | 02/23/2016 | Greg Corombos

President Obama is urging Congress to approve the closing of the detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, allow for the transfer of remaining detainees to the U.S. and try them in U.S. courts.

In calling for the policy change, Obama said the move would save taxpayers money without compromising security. In fact, Obama argues that America is less safe because of the facility.

Obama's closing of Gitmo "would extend the constitutional protections enjoyed by all citizens to America's enemies." The Gitmo terrorists will soon have their day in court and will soon be set free by Obama's DOJ.

The only explanation for what Obama does is treason.

Obama is a traitor. He hates America.

Speaking of traitors of the republic.

Backed by force.

7. It must not be forgotten that the members of the legislative body are to have a deep stake in the game. This is an essential point, and happily is attended with no difficulty. A sufficient number, properly disposed, can alternately legislate and speculate, and speculate and legislate, and buy and sell, and sell and buy, until a due portion of the property of their constituents has passed into their hands to give them an interest against their constituents

6. But the grand nostrum will be a public debt

11. As soon as sufficient progress in the intended change shall have been made, and the public mind duly prepared according to the rules already laid down, it will be proper to venture on another and a bolder step toward a removal of the constitutional landmarks.

Trump should announce that the first thing he will do is re-open GITMO and start filling it with more terrorists

The GOP supports the treason. Every day. Every second.

I was friends with an army Major that received a formal reprimand from his superiors for his conduct in Iraq. He was a Battalion commander at the time and he ordered his men to not take prisoners, just shoot them instead.

We were sitting on his couch while he told me this story. He said that whenever he turned his prisoners over to the proper authorities, they would be questioned and released.

He continued, that as soon as they were released, they would join back up with their units and the US soldiers would have to face them again.

So, the Major ordered his men to shoot any combatant they were able to capture in order to not give them a second chance to kill his soldiers.

True story.

I say that in order to say this, GitMo is wrong. Fine, if they are terrorist put them in front of a military tribunal. If they are found guilty, execute them. Straight up, just shoot them. Man up. Show some balls. Do what you have to do. FDR did.

FDR executed every German that infiltrated into the US during WW2.

But this BS of locking someone away and throwing away the key without some kind of trial... is just that...BS. It flies in the face of everything American. Due Process. If they can do it them, they can find a reason to do it to us.

If they are war criminals, then they’ve worn out their welcome on planet earth. Go FDR on them. I’m good with that, I’d vote for it, I’ll even help.

But locking people away forever without a trial... wow, how can anyone on this forum support that?

Not saying they don’t deserve being locked away forever, I’m saying they need a trial first, they need to be sentenced for their crimes, so everything is on the up and up.

And just releasing them without a trial is totally wrong too. They’ve been locked up too long not to have one. Either acquit them, or condemn them by examining the facts. If they are guilty, execute them.

They will rejoin terrorist units for sure if released.

Right now they are trying to run out the clock on the POSOTUS.

They should have gone after him properly BEFORE he got elected. They never did.

Well said!! I bet that not 10% of the American people were/are aware that FDR agreed with and ordered the execution of every German who entered this country on a war mission.
The was a group, infiltrated by U-Boat that when captured were dead within a few days.
It was nice back then, having a leader who cared for his country.

Never happened. Battalion commanders are Lieutenant Colonels, not Majors as a starter. No one has given an order to shoot prisoners, you are watching too many movies.

And currently my friend is a Lt Colonel. But at the time, he was a Major and was running a battalion. He had a full time security detail that had to follow him every where he went.

When someone is in a job that is actually above their rank, they are an “acting” whatever.

He didn’t shoot prisoners, he ordered his men not take prisoners. There’s a difference. His men interpreted that as to shoot them instead of capturing them. For which he was reprimanded...
