I don’t care if the cop was black, white, yellow or blue. Nor do I care if the “suspect” was black white green or purple: You kick someone in the head, you should be in jail. Period, end of story.
I’m sick of hearing about the “few bad cops” out there. If they are so rare, why aren’t the rest of the force turning in the bad actors, Hmmm?

Well, how was he acquitted in spite of the recording?
If a prosecutor doesn’t want a conviction, he most likely isn’t going to get one. If there was a conviction, the upcoming civil rights lawsuit against the police department would be somewhat easier, but make no mistake, the victim of the police abuse is going to wine big.
