Social media has transformed our society in immeasurable ways â both good and bad. Hardly any event goes unrecorded or unreported these days (unless it doesnât feed a particular agenda â then it sinks like a stone).
Weâre able to reach the far corners of the planet with messages and information. But the bad guys can do it too, as weâve seen with the aggressive recruiting techniques used by ISIS (even stooping so low as to use Justin Bieber for their nefarious aims).
And speaking of stooping..one of our supporters forwarded us this little item yesterday via email.
Itâs not clear whether this was produced by an over-zealous Trump supporter, the official campaign team or by some other party altogether, but one thing is for certain, it was NOT authorized by Col. Allen West. The photo was taken while he was a Member of Congress with a number of black conservatives during Black History Month.
Col. West has not, will not and frankly cannot, in his position as President/CEO of the National Center for Policy Analysis, make any endorsement during this primary contest for any candidate.
Weâre often contacted about bogus political fundraising letters and emails sent out using his name and image. Heck, even Democrat Alan Grayson, running for the U.S. Senate seat in Florida sent out a number of letters and emails asking for money to prevent Col. West from winning the Florida seat â even though he now lives in Texas (but no doubt some gullible liberals fell for it).
In any event, although itâs nice to know Col. Westâs endorsement is meaningful, it is disingenuous to present it. Weâll call it out every time we find it. And please feel free to email us any examples you come across at info@allenbwest.com.

You’d think common sense would dictate that people would realize that every time they wantonly spread lies on behalf of the candidate they support, they reflect horribly on the candidate.
Guess not.
I seriously think crap like this has hurt Cruz a lot too, because it’s pretty much been relentless since Iowa, as some of his supporters grasp desperately for any instance where they can say “LOOK THEY DID IT TOO!”. Like even a valid example would excuse the behavior from the “Armor of God” candidate.
*shrug*
Guess it doesn’t matter anymore. They’ve “done the job”, just not the one they hoped to. :/
That’s no excuse for Cruz...so it’s no excuse for Trump. Trump lied.
You’re missing the point...it’s not what the supporters do it’s what the head of the ticket does.
Trump called Cruz a liar of similar issues. So Trump is a liar by his own standards.
Ok I understand now. Off to the caucus.
Right...and Trump called Cruz a liar over his over-zealous supporters. Therefore TRUMP LIED by his own standards.
Searching that image took me to
and to a story which was bylined wmur, and attributed to cnn
I’m applying the Trump standard. The same one he used against Cruz to call him a liar.
TRUMP LIED by his own standards.
I know it doesn’t make me look good...I’m using the Trump standard for calling someone a liar. You know the same standard he used to attack Cruz.
TRUMP LIED by his own standards.
TRUMP LIED by his own standards.
1. Repeated a CNN story.
2. Clearly photo shopped
3. Bible was wrong and he took action.
4. What phony ads? You mean the ones with Trump’s own words?
OCD much?
Just staying on message ;-)
Trump lied by his own standards!
ah a CNN story! So Trump really did lie!
They all lie. It’s just the one who lied the least is who gets in office.
"Literally 30 seconds of research... the photo originates from a woman on Twitter named Barb...
citing black republicans endorse trump, the photo just so happens to have West in it.
Google black republicans and *GASP* this photo pops up.
Emotional freaking children I swear. Bush no Trump derangement syndrome."
Your “THEORY” is all wet. Allen West was defeated in the Florida Rep. reelection by the Blacks who voted en bloc for the Democrat. West was supported by the Whites. Me among them.
Yeah, his name was Donald.
WHERE IN THE ARTICLE DOES IT SAY THAT THE PICTURE WAS CREATED BY THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN?
Are you really this stupid?
Don’t forget that official looking Voter Failing threat. That makes 5.
I’m using the trump standard to say it.
