This is a very small precinct, and I think all the precincts have different times for their caucus hours.

How are there any results when the polls haven't closed?
Locals have their own rules for closing, as long as it is between certain hours.
Some have posted the rules in earlier posts. There are general rules governing the overall activities for the evening, and specific/differing rules established by each caucus location, from what I understand.

Again, not our problem. The Establishment did this. If one does not have internet and are not online, no one out here would even know that they changed the date, the polling place, the format and the time.
Come November, you are all going to discover how irrelevant all of this was anyway.
