Trump is no Romney. He is running an unsubtle, racist campaign that has particularly targeted Latinos. His chances of winning swing states with significant Latino populations -- Florida, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico -- are extremely low.
But he doesn't need them to win. All he has to do is carry the Rust Belt -- a region perfectly attuned to Trump's fiery denunciations of American trade policy and his angry condemnation of Washington corruption. While Romney hailed free trade, globalization and "creative destruction," Trump rails against the North American Free Trade Agreement and promises to bring jobs back home.

At this point there are only two ways Trump can become president:
- He can run against Hillary
- He can run against Bernie
To: goldstategop
States like Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania, New Jersey and even New York are ripe for Trump.

It is highly stupid for the author to assume that Floridians want more latino illegals.

You're AN ENEMY to ALL CONSERVATIVES ! I'm not convinced yet. You should try some very long posts with lots of links and probably old pictures too. And if you could incorporate some BOLD into your ALL-CAPS, that would help as well. Of course, nothing beats a few 1's mixed in with a solid wall of exclamation marks !!!1!1!!!!1

Ronald Reagan:
"Rather than making them or talking about putting up a fence, why don't we work out some recognition of our mutual problems, make it possible for them to come here legally with a work permit, and then while they're working and earning here, they pay taxes here," he said. "open the border both ways" (open borders)

Coffee never was my "cup of tea".
Diet Coke is my Achilles Heel.
It gets my goat, how these TROLLS are constantly telling LIES about Cruz.
They all LOATHE the TRUTH.
But Politics ain't an easy thing, and its ISN'T for the thinned skinned !
I had an hour or more conversation with Herman Cain in the break room at Lake Charles Radar Approach Control while he was waiting for his Stearman Bi-Plane to be fueled, when he was running,
and I told him that his competition would LIE about him, and throw anything up against the wall, to see what worked.
He didn't believe any of us air traffic controllers about how he'd be treated.
Later, he learned that we were right!

You really SHOULD compare YOUR VALUES to Trump's VALUES .
He's NOT who he PRETENDS to be !
Look at his PAST ACTIONS, and NOT JUST WHAT HE SAYS !
How many times has Trump ACTUALLY COMPLETED what he SAID he would DO ?
You'd better WAKE UP to WHAT you are supporting, or else the
"DEAL MAKER" WILL DEAL YOU OUT ... FOR HIS PERSONAL PROFIT !
Donald Trump, America's modern Mussolini
... Trump owes less to Willkie's tradition than to Benito Mussolini's, and not only because of the superficial:Trump's chin-out toughness, sweeping right-hand gestures and talk of his "huge" successes and his "stupid" opponents all evoke the Italian dictator's style. ...
... the conservative military historian Max Boot tweeted:"Trump is a fascist.
And that's not a term I use loosely or often.
But he's earned it.'
Trump uses many of the fascist's tools:a contempt for facts,
spreading a pervasive sense of fear and overwhelming crisis,
portraying his backers as victims,
assigning blame to foreign or alien actors
and suggesting only his powerful personality can transcend the crisis.
He endorsed the violence done to a dissenter at one of his rallies, and he now floats the idea of making entry to the United States contingent on religion.
A quantitative analysis of Trump's speeches by the New York Times found that Trump echoes what historians said were"the appeals of some demagogues of the past century" in his repetition of "divisive phrases, harsh words and violent imagery."
Perhaps more troubling than Trump is the reluctance among Republican leaders to disavow him. ...

Before the pant wetters started necklacing Trump with the latest Fascist Mussolini, they trotted out, Trump was ‘hitler-nazi’... When that attempt failed, then they regrouped and trotted out love of America as ‘nationalism’ and fascism...
I never heard of Max Boot... which underground bunch does he work for?

what are you gonna do?
looks like he’s gonna be the man and come June or whenever this thing ends, we’ll have to get behind him.
I don’t think he’s a conservative. I DO think he’s a nationalist. that’s good enough for now.
I don’t want this thing handed to Rubio, when he gets bushes’ and Kasich’s votes.
trump cares about personal opinions of him the most of any candidate I’ve ever known
that works to his suppoerters’ advantage. they can hold his feet to the fire if he strays.
it is what it is. we’re gonna have to be loyal troops once this is over. It’s gonna be Trump or Rubio. Cruz will unfortunately have to wait until 2024. he’ll still be young, and if I cut down on the antipasti, i’ll be young too :)

Border Security and Immigration is NOT one of Trump's strong suites.
One day he says one thing,
and the next day, he's on the OPPOSITE SIDE of the issue !
Donald Trump tells immigrant advocates "You've convinced me"
...Trump told the trio "You've convinced me."
The meeting comes several weeks after Trump - one of the nation's most prominent conservative voices - delivered a key note address on immigration reform in Iowa
and warned that that the Senate's current immigration bill "could be a death wish" for Republicans, who "need to 'do the right thing' ."
Trump: U.S. should accept some Syrian refugees
Donald Trump thinks the United States should accept some refugees from Syria due to the "unbelievable humanitarian problem." ...
Trump ... said Tuesday evening that though the migrants could pose a security risk -- floating the idea that there may be individuals with ties to Islamic militants --
he supported allowing them into America. ...
Donald J. Trump - Verified account @realDonaldTrump
Congress must protect our borders first.
Amnesty should be done only if the border is secure and illegal immigration has stopped.

Message to the GOP: Trump supports amnesty
... On the Kelly File Thursday, Trump's son Eric expressed frustration that the media overlooks this: The point isn't just deporting them, it's deporting them and letting them back in legally.
He's been so clear about that and I know the liberal media wants to misconstrue it,
but its deporting them and letting them back legally.
Eric Trump is right.
His father has been crystal clear that he wants all the illegals to return and live in America.
Listen closely to what Trump is actually proposing.
In an interview with CNN's Dana Bash earlier this year, Trump explained his plan this way: I would get people out and then have an expedited way of getting them back into the country so they can be legal ...
A lot of these people are helping us ... and sometimes it's jobs a citizen of the United States doesn't want to do.
I want to move 'em out, and we're going to move 'em back in and let them be legal.
Donald Trump's companies sought visas to import at least 1,100 workers
... Trump owns companies that have sought to import at least 1,100 foreign workers on temporary visas since 2000,
according to U.S. Department of Labor data reviewed by Reuters.
Most of the applications were approved, the data show.
Nine companies majority-owned by Trump have sought to bring in foreign waitresses, cooks, vineyard workers and other laborers on temporary work-visa programs administered by the Labor Department.
The candidate's foreign talent hunt included applications for an assistant golf-course superintendent, an assistant hotel manager and a banquet manager.
Two of his companies, Trump Model Management and Trump Management Group LLC, have sought visas for nearly 250 foreign fashion models, the records show.
Trump's presidential campaign and a lawyer for the businessman declined to comment.
The Mar-a-Lago Club could not be reached for comment.

I admire you. I’ve always been too much of a realist bordering on and passing negative at times.
8 of the next 12 primaries. If Trump takes them, it’s over.
the polls have been pretty dam good so far.
I will try to absorb your positive energy :)
