Perhaps the judge should slow-walk this one for a few months.

I would not be surprised if Ms Lynch and her boss, Constitution expert Obama have learned new things about the Constitution since becoming federal officials.

Political news ping - voter integrity
- election news such as primary election results, registration dates, state party changes such as rules in states, voter fraud alerts, news of back door deals with GOPe or exposing a new truth about a candidate,
Please let me know if you want on or off the list.

If Judge Leon rules for defendants, it will go to the DC Court of Appeals where it will be reversed and then appealed to SCOTUS which is absent Scalia.
Not looking good.
There are millions of illegals out there that have their IDs prepped and ready to go should Judge Hanenâs injunction be overturned. IF EAC is restrained, the illegals will have a free pass to register to vote without proving citizenship.
Looking bleak.

This contamination of the voting process serves to reinforce the need for immediate attention to this nationally. With all the dead voting democrats and the scores of phantom voters who cast absentee ballots from empty lots, the rolls need to be validated and the months-long vote-by-mail fraud system need to be eliminated. If a republican is elected president and they retain control of Congress, the window for correction is narrow - it has to be job #2

I agree that it is important.
What you touch on may not be that easy to fix.
Aren’t states allowed to set up how they vote?
Can Congress step in and change how they vote?

I know that there’s a legal term for when allegedly adversarial plaintiffs and defendants are actually colluding towards a common end. Three guesses as to why I’m trying to remember it.

"The Obama Administration Wants to Make Sure Non-Citizens Vote in the Upcoming Election." Call me naive, but when did it become okay for 'non-citizens' to vote?
A question for the next Trump pressor:
"Mr. Trump, it's been mentioned that The Obama Administration wants to make sure non-citizens get to vote in the upcoming Presidential election. Could you please tell us your thoughts on that?"

I assume that because the federal government currently facilitates the registration form, they are free to amend it. Certainly the auto-fraudo law needs to be corrected to specifically disallow non-citizen registration. It should mandate diligence onto local registrars. Maybe some fast forfeiture of monies to communities/states which fail to adopt common sense registration reform. I don't know how far they can go, but the federal government has created this monster and democrat attorneys general have resisted localities doing the right thing for far too long.
It's time for republicans to find their phones and pens and begin to remedy the destructive actions of the anti-American left.

It's one reason California, once a solid Republican state, has turned into a "Blue" state. Recently, on the radio, our retired Sacramento County Sheriff said that there are exactly zero barriers to non citizens voting in California. I suspect that ~25% of California's population is foreign born non-citizens with a good percentage of them illegal. Today I met a small family that is visiting the US from the Ukraine. I suspect that they intend to overstay their visa's and remain here. Although a majority of our illegals jumped the southern border, there are others that fly in from China, and eastern Europe. Trump needs to check out General G. S. Patton's home town of San Marino. Once a lily white upper-upper middle class neighborhood, it's exclusively Chinese now either legal or not with anchor babies born in droves every day..........
