So the four voting rights amendments, 15th 19th, 24th and 26th, protect only U.S. citizens.
But more importantly, note that none of the voting rights amendments prohibit the states from prohibiting people from voting if they cannot prove that they are citizens.

In California and Chicago noncitizens, legal and illegals vote legally on school issues and are told to go ahead and vote on whatever else is on the ballot- who is going to know? The federals have been salting conservative leaning communities all about the country with refugees and illegals since before the Bush administration in order to negate marginally conservative voting states.
