Here are fundraising totals for the major candidates, which clearly show Bush’s disadvantage. These are for the full year of 2015, the latest comprehensive figures available:

There are charts posted. What I found interesting but not surprising is that Hillary leads by a large margin every candidate in campaign contributions by a lot. Bush, however, had the highest PAC contributions by a mile.

Bush’s strength was not individual campaign contributions. It was his PAC money. He struggled raising money with regular and small donors.

His PAC still seems to have a good deal of money based on the chart.

The GDP of a small third world country wasn’t enough to power him to the top.

The article seems to suggest it will go to Rubio. Rubio is going to be the establishment guy, and Rubio made a play for Bush’s support in his speech tonight I though.
