In a speech delivered on February 16, Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah threatened to attack the Haifa ammonia storage facility in the next war, causing destruction similar to that of a nuclear bomb. Nasrallah mentioned the so-called "Dahiya Doctrine," associated with Israeli Chief of General Staff Eizenkot. Nasrallah quoted an "Israeli expert," who said that such an attack would leave tens of thousands dead. "Several missiles launched from here together with the ammonia containers in Haifa," he said, âwould lead to the same impact as a nuclear bomb." Nasrallah added that Hizbullah "does not want war," but must be ready for it in order to prevent it.

Well as somebody once said...payback can be a b!tch.
Go ahead Muzzie, make my day....
It would also kill the thousands/tens of thousands of Muslims around the ammonia tanks, right?
I would more say it would be like Bhopal India and the Union Carbide failure it would most definitely be a nightmare.
How stupid do you have to be to tip off your stronger enemy to a central detail of your plan of attack?
muslim martyrs as usual.
Better be careful what he wishes for.
Ammonia is some nasty stuff in mass quantities.
How stupid do you have to be to tip off your stronger enemy to a central detail of your plan of attack?
You should pose that question to Obama
And yet Israel is encouraged to make peace with these people....
yes. Soft-flowing but deadly regional gas in the interior of buildings (no escape!) and exterior in the streets and sidewalks until vented and diluted by the winds - killing like Bhopal, not blast, flames, and fire damage like Hiroshima.
On the other hand, the Muslims may then consider that an advantage. They kill the tens of thousands near the ammonia tanks, but those deaths leave the houses and shops and all the clothes and interiors and all of the furnishings and cars and trucks and households clean and sterile and ready for use by the next bunch of Muslims to live in.

Obola won’t ever pull the trigger - even if he were in public in front of a microphone.
Yes, the LIVE for war with Israel and yet Israel is expected to make peace with them. Insane.
Hint to Israel— place all dangerous facilities close to Palestinian areas but far from Israeli areas. Just in case.
Israel has plenty hellfire missiles, so there’s no need for Obama to pull the trigger. So either A) Israel simply can’t find him, or B) for some reason, they want to keep him alive.
Ammonia is nasty stuff, and the living organisms in its presence would suffer hugely, but only for a short time. Ammonia is MUCH lighter than air (having a molecular weight about the same as methane) and would rise and disperse quickly, where it immediately combines with water vapor, to first form ammonium hydroxide, a rather weak base, but then almost as suddenly dissociate back into ammonia again, as it continued its rise in the atmosphere.
Ammonia is combustible, the products being water and various nitrogen oxides, but it takes plenty of heat to get it ignited, and is quickly self-extinguishing.
No human being has ever been able to adapt to more than a few parts per million of the stuff in the air we breathe, and it is one of the few substances that humans can detect by smell at EXTREMELY low concentrations. Only it is not really odor, as much the sharp acrid effect on the olfactory nerve endings being destroyed by the combination of ammonia with the moisture present at those nerve endings.
Liquid ammonia, upon being released from pressure, becomes a vapor immediately, and absorbs a great deal of heat from its surroundings (ammonia actually makes an excellent refrigerant medium). It also vastly expands, becoming almost explosive in its expansion.
One of my favorite albums.
