The author lies about what Trump said about 9/11. Trump didn’t say that Bush knew 9/11 was coming, and didn’t do anything about it.

As for Bush invading Iraq. Bush2 came into office with a grudge against Hussein, since he had stayed in power and Bush1 had been kicked to the curb. Plus, Bush2 staffed his administration almost exclusively with neo-cons, who fed Bush the exaggerated claims by Israel regarding the threat from Iraq. Bush2 bought this hook line and sinker, because they gave him the excuse he was looking for. He didn’t bother to question the motives of his advisors.
