Well, er, Trump is not the only guy in the race who’s right on the issues you mentioned.

He’s screamed out ‘wall’ and ‘kick ‘em all out’ till people are mesmerized. But the fine print is ‘let ‘em back in if they’ll work in my hotels for low wages’

Trade. He’s just a blowhard on trade. Most of his extravagant notions are not workable if he would even attempt them. He wouldn’t.

Sovereignty? Please. He doesn’t even support Israel. I never thought freepers would support a candidate who didn’t support Israel.

His stance on health care is exactly like all his other stances.

Yeah, but you were listening to it all wrong. You’re supposed to look for a string of four words that you can splash into a headline and then call him Bernie Sanders. Or Hitler.

Get with the program, man!

People were not and are not dying on the streets. Before Zerocare the “disadvantaged” had health insurance accepted in every hospital in America...The ER. Now, even with Zerocare these same people have subsidized insurance through Zerocare, but they still use the ER, because they found out with insurance you have co-pays and deductibles. They aren’t going to pay those because they’re special, the rest of us chumps pay twice—once for their subsidized policy and again with higher charges when we go to the ER or hospital (through the front door).

“Why WHY WHY!!!! does the only guy in the race who’s right on immigration, trade, and national sovereignty issues also have to be such a dope when people ask him about stuff like health care?”

Or eminent domain, or Planned Parenthood, or the Iraq War, or ...

Evwn if we fiat that what he says, he said is what he said (darn that is nearly tumplike sorry)

You still have an incentive to NOT buy insurance *(which as he says every one will have a great plan.. really great) Until they are sick or harmed. Which anyone that is not blinkerd by his excellent P.T.Barnum style speech will see as an end to affordability and even private insurance at all due to HIS MANDATE to cover pre-existing conditions.

I can just see the next lying ad from weasel Rafael.

“Donald Trump is not a conservative, he believes in mandates, which is part of ObamaCare. In addition he wants to help people that are dying in the streets! That’s not conservatism. Why should good conservatives help somebody that’s dying?”

“And did I tell you I’m a Reagan conservative? I followed his every move and modeled my life after the great conservative Reagan. It makes no difference that I was I still in grade school when he got elected, I was already smarter than 40 year old men. They all marveled at how smart I was”!! “They all said it’s willed from God that this 10 year old boy genius is destined to be next Ronald Reagan”!!

“How hard is it to have a staffer train him to say “Repeal and replace with a real free market alternative”?”

Is that not what he has been saying. He has been talking about the free market idea all along. Eliminate the state border thing for more competition.

Like Obama to Joe the Plumber.

Wow, great example! If I recall correctly, Obama did release some mealy-mouthed statement a few days later saying that he didn't really mean he wanted to spread the wealth around.

Now, tell me, after 7+ years of Obama's Presidency... did he mean his initial statement to Joe, or his subsequent retraction to the press?

And, now that I'm thinking about Obama's initial campaign....did he mean it when he sat listening to Jeremiah Wright for 20 years, or when he gave his carefully-phrased "landmark speech" disavowing Wright during the campaign?

So once again the rational people who actually read the transcript were right and the screaming campaign bots who posture as so much “smarter” then the “Trumpteers” where wrong again.

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump 26m26 minutes ago

I was asked about healthcare by Anderson Cooper & have been consistent- I will repeal all of #ObamaCare, including the mandate, period.

I was referring to a backstop for pre-existing conditions. I will eliminate the law, in its entirety, & replace it w/ something much better.

I will replace it with private plans, health savings accounts, & allow purchasing across state lines. Maximum choice & freedom for consumer.

I’m self-funding and I am going to take care of the people not the special interests and insurance companies like the other candidates.

Remember, Cruz and Bush gave us Roberts who upheld #ObamaCare twice! I am the only one who will #MAKEAMERICAGREATAGAIN!

How hard is it to have a staffer train him to say "Repeal and replace with a real free market alternative"?

Because then he can't claim he's gonna give us all the "good" stuff of universal healthcare with the government paying for the uninsured.

He wants it both ways and to be on all sides of issues.

Is there any issue that he hasn't been on all sides off in the past or currently?

“Before Zerocare the “disadvantaged” had health insurance accepted in every hospital in America...The ER.”

Access to health care for poor people is readily available in virtually every county in the country at low or no cost at the local public health clinic. Most moderate-size cities also have charity clinics run by non-profits or volunteer health professionals. The ER nonsense was just a ploy to get the public to buy into the fraudulent promises of cost savings under Obamacare.
