Unless the law has changed in Texas, it isn't up to the family. Basically, unless you are under direct care from a doctor when you die, an autopsy will be performed. My dad was a Harris County official when he died of a massive heart attack in 1973. We didn't know it, but was undergoing treatment for HBP and arterial problems at the time. His death was a complete surprise to everyone. We had quite a battle keeping an autopsy from being done. It took legal testimony from his treating physician to prevent it.
That is interesting. So maybe there will be questions that need to be answered but probably never will be.
It doesn’t explain it. The photo shows TWO pillows that would have been “over” his head if he meant above and at least one pillow thrown to the side over the covers.
So why would he indicate ONE pillow when there were two over his head.
He didn’t even need to mention this bit about ONE pillow in the first place. His new excuse doesn’t make sense.

Not necessarily. My Dad died when his heart stopped. He was standing and talking to someone and in 1 second he was on the floor...not moving. Done.
He was 62 and smoked from the time he was 16. He had alcohol issues too. Sometimes the ticker just stops.

He might just be speaking to the average voter who thanks to the developmental retardation enculcated by our centralized education system find themselves in adulthood with the emotional development of about a 12 year old.

To believe Scalia was murdered, you would have to believe that Obama is one of the most evil people in the history of the world.
You would have to believe that Obama is willing to kill at whim any time that murder will further his efforts to destroy America and freedom.
You would have to believe that Obama is a violent thug, bubbling over with malice (whether he's willing to hit someone defenseless whose arms are being held, or he's the silly holding the victim's arms and giggling while someone with muscle throws the punches).
You would have to believe that Obama is a psychopath totally lacking in human compassion.
How many people would believe all those things at once?

The conspiracy is that he died of natural causes, since it has not been ever proven. And cannot be now. To question how he died is not conspiratorial and is reality.
