This would be about the time that Mr. Powell endorsed Obama?
Now that Trump opened the can of worms the worms are running for the hills
This has been Powell’s story for a very long time, and he has repeated it often.
The question is whether Colin Powell said this or not, and whether or not it is a made up notion by Trump or whether he actually did hear it someplace.
He definitely would have heard it someplace

Again, that is irrelevant to whether or not Trump heard that the Bush administration lied.
