He is a disingenuous pos to claim he was “ lied to” by intelligence because THEY were his STAFF and HE picked them

Powell was CJCS from ‘89-’93. The invasion of Iraq was in March of 2003. How is it that these guys were somehow his staff and he picked them when we are talking a decade later?
The information that he presented at the U.N., such as mobile WMD labs and such was said to have been recent intel at the time, not many years old.
