This will get fast tracked up the food chain regardless of the initial decision.

Imagine this happening in 50 states all at once. cruz and rubio both are fools for jumping in knowing this could happen.

My take is the globalists don’t care where you were born or who your parents were ...as long as you’re loyal to the globlist agenda. Unfortunately they are fully in charge now and busy importing people who will never assimilate, never be loyal to our constitution.

The diluting of the American citizen is well underway.

I wish Trump had no part of this but as Cruz is my current fall back I’d rather see it now and put it behind us.

From the article:

“....and naturalization at birth of certain classes of children born abroad to citizens.”

You are NATURAL BORN CITIZEN or you are a NATURALIZED CITIZEN (rules change over time via Congress).

Cruz is the latter.

I don’t think this would go through the federal courts if it’s an administrative case regarding placement on a state ballot.

One of the issues we had to deal with in drafting Nebraska’s Eligibility Bill was how to have a state law that would end up providing a case with standing in the federal courts.

I don’t believe administrative procedures involve the state as a legal party in an actual lawsuit, so it’s not appealable to the federal judiciary. If a state decided to keep Cruz off the ballot he would have to sue to have it on the ballot, and that could be under federal jurisdiction since the state would be a party in the suit. But that would not be the best route for having this decided. The best route would be Trump suing Cruz, because they could work together to expose the 2008 coup.

So why does this Joyce guy, “an Illinois voter”, have standing and all the citizens who tried to get the Obama situation heard in court were denied?

William A. Jacobson made a number of errors in his analysis and statements in his article, so his conclusions are often wrong. For one example, he failed to note how Ted Cruz was not eligible to acquire any form of U.S. citizenship at birth and is likely not even a lawful U.S. citizen today. If so, he is not even eligible to be a U.S. Senator, and he could, in theory, be denaturalized and deported back to Canada. See the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 that was the law applicable to Ted Cruz when he was born:

66 Stat. Public Law 414 -— June 27, 1952
CHILD BORN OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF ONE ALIEN AND ONE CITIZEN PARENT AT TIME OF BIRTH; CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH CITIZENSHIP AUTOMATICALLY ACQUIRED

Sec. 320. (a) A child born outside of the United States, one of whose parents at the time of the child’s birth was an alien and the other of whose parents then was and never thereafter ceased to be a citizen of the United States, shall, if such alien parent is naturalized, become a citizen of the United States, when -
(1) such naturalization takes place while such child is under the age of sixteen years; and
(2) such child is residing in the United States pursuant to a lawful admission for permanent residence at the time of naturalization or thereafter and begins to reside permanently in the United States while under the age of sixteen years.

Ted Cruz was born outside of the United States in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. His father at the time of birth of Ted Cruz on 22 December 1970 was an alien in relation to the United States, having Cuban citizenship and Canadian Permanent Resident status on the path to Canadian citizenship afterwards. Ted Cruz attained the age of sixteen years on 22 December 1986, at which time his alien father was a Canadian citizen and was not naturalized as a U.S. citizen. Accordingly, Ted Cruz did not meet the conditions necessary to “become a citizen of the United States” as required by Public Law 414 Section 320 CHILD BORN OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF ONE ALIEN AND ONE CITIZEN PARENT AT TIME OF BIRTH; CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH CITIZENSHIP AUTOMATICALLY ACQUIRED

Rules DEFINE natural born citizen.

Rules do not naturalize a citizen who is natural born by definition.

Congress = power to DEFINE.

Citizen by birth. Born to American Mother. Citizen WHEN born. Birthed a citizen.

Means, not requiring naturalization.

BORN AMERICAN.

Cruz knows it.

” to expose the 2008 coup”

Bingo! that is always my belief that is what they are doing, just ignore the Kabuki Theater that Donald and Ted are performing. It would also be interesting to see if this case about Ted comes across any of the judges that also looked on Obama’s case.

That’s very interesting.

Also, I read a direct quote from Rafael Cruz Sr (I wish I could remember where), in which he said he and his wife applied for and took Canadian citizenship. Unless and until Cruz makes all relevant citizenship documents public, who knows?

Sorry, but I can’t tell if you’re saying Cruz is or isn’t an NBC.

FTR, I don’t think he is.

“My oh my there are alot of Americans that can happen to now that you’ve posted this”

This aspect of the law was changed after the birth of Ted Cruz, but the changes are evidently not retroactive to the birth of Ted Cruz. It appears this little detail escaped notice because everyone is looking only at the current version of the law.

The suit will be dismissed due to lack of standing by the plaintiff.

But hey, it's Illinois, land of the Chicago-Democrat way, so any judge can be bought. In that case, it may rattle around at the appellate level or longer until December 1st, and THEN it'll be dismissed.
