More than two months after a jihadi couple opened fire at a holiday party at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, killing 14 and wounding more than 20, the FBI has still not ruled out the possibility that a third militant was at the scene of the slaughter, officials told ABC News this week.
In the immediate hours after the Dec. 2, 2015 shootings, some witnesses told law enforcement officers and reporters that they saw three gunmen at the center. But by the end of the day, the FBI had issued a statement saying there were only two confirmed shooters, local residents Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik. Farook worked with many of those he gunned down at the party.
âWhat we have confirmed is evidence indicating that two weapons were fired at the Inland Regional Center,â Laura Eimiller, a spokesperson for the FBI Los Angeles, told ABC News this week. âBut in the absence of video itâs something you canât entirely rule out until every question is answered. Thereâs still unanswered questions.â

Won’t know who it is till the phone is unlocked
Apple will protect his identity.
Like Oklahoma City?
Give us the code!!! Said the federales. Trust us, said the federles.
Militant!!!!???? Islamo-fascist terrorist you supreme yahoos at Yahoo.
i was politically clueless back then. wasn’t there one guy in the van and another guy with the fertilizer?
Thanks for posting this article.
Here is the condensed version of the FBI’s response.
It wasn’t a missile that shot down the airliner. Those 360 people in the area who saw a missile were confused or drunk.
They are asking Apple for a patch (piece of code) they can insert into the phone so they can bypass iPhone security to limit the number of guesses they can insert into the phone for each try and the time limit between gueses. For example, if a passcode is 6 characters long and there are 10 possibilities for each character, then it will take 10^6 seconds, or on avg 11 hours (half of 22 hrs).
" An attacker can try four incorrect passcodes before shes forced to wait one minute. If she continues to guess wrong, the time delay increases to five minutes, 15 minutes, and finally one hour. There
s even a setting to erase all data on the iPhone after 10 wrong guesses."
They then can reuse this patch on any iPhone, anytime they need.

They should if they obtained a warrant to get call & text logs from the ISP.
Ho hum, “So you must turn over your privacy for... eternity.”
Do your job on the front end FBI (upon these people’s entry), and quit trying to resolve your problems with my rear end.
unanswered questions : why has the FBI failed to indict Hillary Clinton? The FBI has failed to show cause, why LaVoy Finicum had to be shot dead in the snow?
This is beyond my technical understanding. I just know that you can’t have products which protect criminals and terrorists when a court authorizes a search. If not, I’ll invent a non-searcahble file cabinet.
