Pat arguing that Bush failures explain the rise of Trump. And the elites don't get it. Still.

Pat knows the failure of the Bushes firsthand, but does he know that the American people like Mrs. Bill?

the hippies refused to fight because they were cowards and we have been pussays ever since. An immune system that stops fighting opens you up to dying from a head cold. A civilization has to be like Sparta to stay alive. Prepare for battle 24/7

And Boehner Republicanism, and McConnell Republicanism and Hatch Republicanism and, well, you get the picture.

Bush Republicanism has a way of benefitting the Bushes, their cronies, and nobody else. Of course it’s being rejected.

How many of you Trumplodytes were calling PJB a “Nazi” back when you were Bushbots? The only differences between Pat & Trump are that Pat really believes what he says & he is not a whiny ten-year old.

Pat Buchanan declared that Trump’s rise represents a rejection of 25 years of Bush Republicanism - an ideology which Buchanan says has destroyed America’s once-great manufacturing core, flooded the country with low-skilled workers, and drained the treasury with ill-advised foreign adventures in the Middle East.

Pat Buchanan is 100% correct.

It isn’t even the Bush policies. It is the GOP betrayal. Time after time Republican voters go to the polls and give the GOP a victory only to be betrayed by a the GOP caucus. The GOP just gave up all the spending constraints in this new budget, they turned the Constitution upside down on the Iran deal, and nothing has been done about Obama violating the immigration acts. Republican voters are sick and tired of this set of politicians.

What makes Trump so scary is it’s not just republicans that are pissed off. Much like 1980 many traditional democrit voters are too. We have a chance to win Regan style and so far Trump is the one to do it. (In my opinion.) For conservatives that fear Trump will abandon us remember Regan was a democrat at one time too. For the few things Trump had to come around on I’m willing to bet on him, like my father did on Regan.

No they don’t get it which is why the mouth piece of the GOP-E the WSJ is still trying to use old stacked poll tricks to validate their misplaced love of GW Bush. They will not learn. They don’t even realize that by having GW Bush and Cheney criticizing Trump it empowers him more in the eyes of the voters he really cares about and those voters who are a majority are the pissed off Americans who have felt abandoned like as they watched politicians leading as if in some bizzaro politically correct world where everything is upside down and inside out.

Trump will win South Carolina big and they will still be in denial when they should be thankful that the worst thing they may have to deal with is Trump and not the guillotine.

It’s two days away.

I believe this is the most important primary in this cycle of 2016, and for my candidate Donald Trump. South Carolina. I think a lot of Americans agree with me, S.C. is critically important in 2016. South Carolina, all of American is looking at you.

America is looking at South Carolina. And the world is looking at South Carolina. South Carolina matters. A lot.

So I am not going to say what will happen on Saturday. But before that, first I want to thank the people of South Carolina.

1980 South Carolina. Ronald Reagan.
Reagan: 78,854, 55 percent
Connally: 43,040, 30 percent
Bush: 21,458, 15 percent
Howard Baker: 753, 1 percent

It mattered. A lot. In 1996, my candidate was Pat Buchanan. South Carolina did come out for Pat Buchanan, he finished second to Bob Dole. But I still remember South Carolina, because of 1980. I think, if only Pat won. But South Carolina came out for Reagan.

This is the big one, this time. I thank South Carolina for voting for Ronald Reagan. On Saturday, I believe South Carolina will pick the nominee. It matters a lot to me. America is looking at South Carolina.

The entire world is looking at South Carolina.

So what do you say, South Carolina? You hold the Double Aces. Who holds the Double Eights?

I loved Reagan. I love Pat. I love Donald. But it is in your hands, South Carolina. There is nothing left to say. All of America is watching South Carolina. The world is watching South Carolina. It is hard to breath, waiting. Now watching. Watching.

Pat did have the vision of what our trade policies were going to do to us decades ago. Nobody listened to him then.

He also warned Europe about excessive immigration decades ago. They didn’t listen either.
