RUSH: Trump brought up a good point. He said, "When has the pope ever questioned the faith of another private citizen?" And, folks... By the way, folks, don't anybody... Don't anybody...
I'm just warning you here: Don't anybody ask about the president's religion! Don't even get close to going there. Don't do it. That is a forbidden area. You cannot even ask about it. The pope can go ahead and claim that Trump is not a Christian, but you can't go there when we talking about the president of the United States. Trump wants to know, has the pope ever questioned Obama's faith? Has the pope ever questioned any other private citizen's faith?
Has he questioned the faith of the Castro brothers? Has the pope questioned the faith of any communist leaders? He spends a lot of time in communist countries.
Has he ever said that Mao Tse-tung, that Fidel Castro, that Raul Castro, any other communist is not a Christian? Why Donald Trump? 'Cause Trump wants to build a wall? Have you seen the Vatican wall? I got a picture here I could show you on the Dittocam if I had the time and where it is. It's over 50-feet high. It's over 50-feet high. It's not even the kind of wall Trump's talking about building...
"The pope also broke with his predecessors by suggesting that Catholic lawmakers are free to vote for same-sex marriage and civil unions." Folks, I'm sure you in this audience understand. This is why I have been trying to make the case or state my belief that the fundamental matter of importance is defeating the Democrat Party.

*Does Rubio support the Pope in his attacks against Trump? Against a wall?*
Rubio pretty much repeated what Trump had to say, although the press refers to his as a ‘forceful answer’ while labeling Trump as ‘waging holy war’.
“But Rubio, in his forceful answer, suggested that Pope Francis may not fully grasp the current immigration battle being fought on the presidential campaign and that building walls is not simply about barring immigrants...”

Nice rant....a bit off topic.
kid I know where to find the scriptures...
heres one for you...
“Jew and Gentile” various verses...
Jesus was not a Gentile...
Jesus was a Jew...
That bear’s repeating!
The Sadducees and Pharisees are everywhere.
Will it be white smoke or black?
Illegal immigration is a church growth policy in the US for the Catholic Church. Catholic charities assist the process at every step.
The pope needs to mind his own business-and his business is matters of religion-not politics. Maybe no one told him this is not the middle ages when popes were the last word in the affairs of kings and countries-he needs to be called out again and again until he learns to stay out of politics.
I see that I’m not the only Catholic here who is of that opinion, either-good-many of us realize that pope Francis was brought up in a communist country where the Church is only allowed to exist unmolested as long as preaches what the government says to preach-his knowledge of what goes on in a free country is between slim and none...
The pope is dreaming of the good old days of a thousand years ago where God was one step below him.
Then go back to Genesis where the 12 tribes are named individually Genesis 49: And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, "Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and harken unto Israel your father.
I am not going to type each child of Jacob and what their father told each individual child their promise... But there it is...
“The pope is dreaming of the good old days of a thousand years ago where God was one step below him.”
The Pope is God on Earth....back then.
Pretty cool title.
Exactly
2nd country on the right, straight on till Ramadan.
Good luck getting in...
I think so, too-and if he continues his reading of history, he will also find that from the time the Roman empire adopted Christianity as an “official” religion, popes who preached what was considered heresy, or got on the wrong side of a powerful rival in the Church hierarchy-think Borgias-might be declared apostate and deposed at the very least. I’m beginning to think Francis is just about on the edge of apostasy...
The Republican party is not on the edge of apostasy. It is drowning in it.
>>I find it ironic: the day after James Dobson endorses Cruz, the Popester turns Two Corinthians Trump into St. Donald of Queens, patron saint of victims of illegal immigrant crime.
God is GOOD! I think He is having such fun messing with anti-Trump minds!
He is still called Christ’s vicar on earth in some countries, but I’ve only heard that a few times here.
