What type of memory chip are they?
It's not like the data is etched in the chip?

From what I’ve read earlier ALL data on the I6 is encrypted. 2/3 of the encryption key IS unreadable.

Read the memory chips all you want. The data is encrypted to a 256 bit AES standard with a Key that is at least 132 characters long. Without the key, it would take 5.62 UNDECILLION (5.62 X 10195) YEARS using the fastest supercomputer we currently have to try every possible key to find the right one to decipher the data on that iPhone. I think the data on the phone would be moot by the time you found it.
