CNN is hosting a town hall at 8 p.m. EST with Ben Carson, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. At the same time MSNBC is holding a competing town hall with Donald Trump.
The super pacs encourage this behavior.
No need to stay when the “writing’s on the wall.” Now this book coming out? With respect to this book, I feel bad for the Bush Family. Whether content is proof-positive true or not, just to have those things written about you and made public is demoralizing, depressing, and enough to knock all the wind out of your sails, for the entire family.
The founders were cool with it.
I’ll go with them.
Trump going to negotiate price of prescription drugs
Single payer? No thanks. I would rather have the free market do it instead.
Doesn’t forgive his trampling on the 1st and 10th amendment AT THE SAME TIME.
I know we are. You all do not listen to a word against Trump. You love him with all your heart.
You’re projecting. Trump isn’t the one receiving money laundered donations. Ted Cruz is. Cruz Supporters like you don’t have any problem with the ethically challenged Cruz.
I was a strong supporter of Ted Cruz for many years until I saw him stand with Barack Obama and Goldman Sachs on TPA. He abandoned Main Street to service his corporate donors. He’ll do it again, given the chance. Sorry to say you’re so blinded by his “Principled Conservative” (TM) cult of personality that you won’t care when he sells us out again.
tsk tsk...
(((...Trump said his sister would make a great Supreme Court justice when asked the question last year....)))).
...No, it shows Trump was being nice to his 77 year old sister....
(Does sound like a Trumpster might respond)
Stone said his publisher had expensive lawyers checking everything, and in some cases they asked for further documentation, which he provided.
I haven’t read it, but from what he said tonight, it sounds like there is a lot in the book that hadn’t been thoroughly delved into before, although many of us knew the basic problems with the family. It rather totally destroys Bush as a candidate, it seems, which might have been its main purpose.
I don’t share your faith, but he has time to win me over. He is going to have a difficult time uniting the party because of how he is. If he is right and serious and a Conservative time will tell....
In a way Carson is like Trump...both have made a name for themselves in their field of interest....so running for office just puts another notch in their belt.
On that note...notice also how many Hollywood celebrities offering up their political reasoning over the last few years....as if we care what they think....Although I have to say I enjoy Woods tweets now and again....
Trump said that for him to appoint his sister would be unethical.
As heard and posted by a FReeper I don’t remember.
And he did say events have outpaced the book, with Trump’s coinage of “low-energy” accomplishing everything with one word.
He said some very nice things about Trump. I didn’t dare ask why he left the campaign but I can think of some possible reasons.
His #1 cheerleader? Really? He wrote an op ed in favor of him AFTER he was nominated.
And A LOT OF REAL conservatives supported his nomination.
I think all of FR did. What about you?
That's just wrong, wasting that valuable resource.
They should have been triaged and sent down the hall to a 24 hr clinic with a nurse. They should have been billed 20 or 30 bucks.
He’s no different then NY City thugs... just wears a suit...
Why people would even consider the man defies reason....but then considering that’s been thrown out the window I guess “feelings” is what’s left......anger, revenge, sock it to them baby ....keeps the high high and Trump makes sure to feed them their fix daily to keep them coming back for more.
I agree Roberts should step down. There is no earthly reason for Roberts to give us Obamacare unless he was compromised. His opinion was ludicrous and internally illogical. He is not stupid so he was forced to do it.
We have a heck of a lot of ground to recover thanks to Zero doubling our debt (and Bush with TARP and bailouts.) Bush lost me there.
McGovern got blown away, as did Carter in 1980; very different from a result like 2008 when Barry Hussein Soetoro won.
Agreed.
Well...Trump does have to play pick up sticks ‘alot’.....spends a lot of time backtracking on what he ‘says’ because he has no inner checkmate system to stop the flow once the emotions roll....he’s all over the place on issues and answers because his emotions roll all over the place as well.
Not good to have in the Oval office where stability is needed.
