Ted Cruz Is In The US Senate Illegally (and not eligible for the presidency)
http://northamericanlawcenter.org ^ | February 16, 2016 | JB Williams

US Senator Ted Cruz, from Texas, has been under fire in his bid for the White House due to his Canadian citizenship records which make it quite clear that he does not meet the Constitutional "natural born Citizen" requirement for the Oval Office, despite the opinion letter from his Harvard friends.

Following a total lack of vetting on Barack Hussein Obama in 2008 and 2012, many insist that no one ever enter the Oval Office again without proper vetting, including proof of meeting all Constitutional requirements for office. Obama's massive destruction of our Constitutional Republic has placed the issue of Constitutional eligibility on the front burner for many Americans, and partisanship has nothing to do with it.

In the effort to vet every 2016 presidential candidate, Cruz, who had once stated that both he and Barack Obama were ineligible for the Oval Office, found himself under tight scrutiny from the same people who tried to stop Obama from taking the Oval Office via fraud. Ted placed himself in the crosshairs of constitutionalists who do not care about partisan politics, by seeking an office he is not eligible to seek.

In investigating Cruz eligibility for the Oval Office, his eligibility for the US Senate came into question...

The Constitutional requirements for the US Senate are as follows;

"No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

No one I know had a Canadian birth certificate until a few months ago. All NBC don’t have one.

he would be a natural born citizen if this form was filed. I would suspect it could be filed today and it would be fine. The problem would be he would then be proven to be a total hypocrite with his strong support of constitutional law.

Suggesting that Cruz is not a US citizen or citizen of Texas is silly. He obviously has a passport because of overseas trips, and since that is verifiable evidence of US citizenship, then his eligibility to be a senator is unquestioned.

Likewise, no one has ever shown that his mother renounced her US citizenship while in Canada. That combined with the passport make Ted Cruz’s citizenship unassailable.

This thread is probably a candidate for the Smoky BackRoom

Really?
Seriously?
This is the Hill?
You chose this on purpose?

Poor planning, position and timing.

Hope you planned on being alone in this endeavor, whatever band of fools that would follow you would only serve to improve the gene pool by their absence.

My EX Wife would have adorned my pillow with my manhood while I slept if she thought I would endanger our offspring with this lack of intelligence.

Ted Cruz was a citizen, even a natural born citizen, on the instant of his birth. The presence or absence of a Certification of Live Birth does not create the citizenship, it merely reflects it.

If Ted Cruz walks into a consulate today because he does not have such a certificate it will be issued to him and it will be effective as at the date of his birth. Otherwise Ted Cruz was over thirty years of age, had been an inhabitant of the state of Texas at the time of the election so he is qualified to be a senator on all counts.

There may be a question about “natural born citizen”, but for sure Ted Cruz is here legally!

This is why I have been actively avoiding any threads about the election. This one is an exception because it goes to Cruz’s eligibility to be a Senator.

This is insanity. Unfortunately this insanity has thoroughly infected this entire forum.

I’d like to see Abraham Lincoln’s “certificate of live birth.” Or even George Washington’s for that matter.

So, you figure Canadian law governs who is or isn’t a US citizen by birth?

The CRBA is not the only document that will serve as evidence of a child being registered by its parents. A passport is also included in the law as an alternative to a CRBA. Either one is fine.

I don’t feel like finding he law at the moment, but I know it’s there.

It also makes sense.

Just the other day Trump tweeted that Cruz would be the first president in the history of the USA who wasn’t a natural born citizen.

I guess he forgot about the scam he ran on morons about finding the truth about Obama.

Its like dealing with liberals, anything he said yesterday is erased when he says the opposite today.
