Last week nasty anti-Trump robocalls started running in South Carolina. Donald Trump accused the Cruz camp of being behind the calls.
Of course, Senator Cruz denied having anything to do with the ads.
But it was a lie.
And now there is proof that a Cruz PAC is behind the nasty anti-Trump and anti-Rubio robocalls.
The Washington Post reported:
Natalie Barrett, a 53-year-old schoolteacher from Westminster, got a robo-call earlier this month and ended up furious.
It started off simple enough, an automated man’s voice asking her age and gender, then quizzing her on which Republican candidates she liked. But when she selected Sen. Marco Rubio as one of her choices, she said, things got nasty.
“That’s when he said, ‘Did you know that Marco Rubio and the Gang of Eight are for amnesty?’” she recalled in a phone interview. “And then the gentleman said he’s for letting 11 million illegal immigrants stay in the U.S. and that he was for letting Syrians cross the borders freely.”
Barrett said she found the call — which continued to say negative things about Rubio before taking shots at Donald Trump for being a supporter of eminent domain — to be “negative” and “unfair,” but she couldn’t figure out right away who it was from. The voice said the poll was conducted by some place called Remington Research.
She told her Rubio-supporting friend about the call; her friend told the campaign. They said they knew exactly what Remington Research was: a consulting firm started by Sen. Ted Cruz’s campaign manager, Jeff Roe.
“These tactics are becoming all too common in this race and indicative of our opponents’ campaigns that are willing to say or do anything to win an election,”

I am typing on my phone. Sorry you can’t understand what was meant.
Actually I think Jebbush is a nasty name for part of the female anatomy, in Australian, Mate
Ted Cruz is a decent, Christian man. /s/
Your guy is a sleaze ball. Regarding education, I’ll put up TRUMP’s academic creds and work ethic against your guy’s. At least TRUMP has accomplished something and employs thousands of people. What accomplishments is your Elmer Gantry wannabe credited for other than passing hot air on the Senate floor and being married to a rich woman?
The purpose of the article and others like it is to prey on the LIVs out there, and to give the Trumpettes a note to blare when they are losing arguments over other issues.
It will be used as the distraction it is, to pull discussion away from more germane topics.
It doesn't matter that the characterization is inaccurate, nor that that has been proven, all that matters is the repetition of the meme. Just like how Sarah Palin said "I can see Russia from my house". (Didn't happen, Tina Fey did, but an enormous number of people believe anyway.)
Sadly the Republican Party is degenerating to that level of intellect, at least temporarily drunk on slogans and dreams of vengeance.
Cuz we all know, this is the first time it’s been down and dirty, eh?

<< Titus Bond now works as the leader of the Remington Research group with a great deal of autonomy even if the company is named after Jeff Roe’s newborn daughter. >>

I don’t think there’s any doubt that Jeff Roe owns Remington Research.
Once again, Roe’s name comes up in conjunction with claims of “dirty politics”.
Cruz doesn’t seem to notice (or care?) it’s tainting his campaign.
By your logic George Soros is someone you’d back for President.
Also he killed the gang of 8 Bill.
While trump was giving money to Hilary and trying to use eminent domain to kick an old lady out of her house so he can build a limo parking deck for his bankrupt casino.

I didn't know that and it certainly puts a different light on that website.
The domain redirects to Trump, so perhaps someone is having fun at his expense?
I am just kidding.
