The millennials have had a steady diet of socialism spoon fed to them. The edu-crats and the institutions who produce them are indoctrinated with socialism.
None of these people understand what freedom actually looked like or felt like.
God knows that’s true! They’re what I call “Program People”; they’ve never thought for themselves, they just parrot the talking points of their Liberal Socialist programmers.
A generation or two of public education. Being liberal or progressive means one needn’t have to think.
I think that there are so many of them staring frightening student loans in the face for educations they have received that are actually worthless. Can’t clear it with bankruptcy and it’s like Herpes - always there.
Socialism that would wipe this debt away as well of many others of their bad choices seems pretty good to them. Clean slate - tabula rasa, and all things for all (actually THEM, individually of course).
There was an article in our local rag this AM about this Freshman class. It called it the most liberal, ever. They in majority favor same sex marriage, abortion, equal pay for women (as if that is not the law already), affirmative action and some other not specified liberal positions. They intend to be politically active too.
IMO, this bodes really badly for the country as we know it. Not because there is a class totalitarian reign here now, because there will be in the future, an uninformed underclass running the country kind of like the nuts running the asylum.

These idiots are all under 30. Once they get a real job and earn money, they’ll realize that they’d like to keep what they earn instead of involuntarily giving it to the Government to pass on to those with their hand out.
Because they have been living under socialism for big business all of their lives. They want a turn too.
Huge amounts debt, no jobs, and limited prospects for the future.
And it is the Republicans fault.
He is out-bidding Hillary in the debate of free goodies that he would give them at the expense of the ‘wealthy’, ‘big banks’ and ‘corporations’
They don’t need that money, the Sanders (adult)kids do more...

Generations of communism taught in schools. Also have generations “used to” social security and medicare.
Most education is useless at the K-12 level, even in college for the majority, probably because they spend more time on communism and treating LGBTs nicely than the basics.
Cutting education funding dramatically will be the only way to get them to focus on the basics.
But most will not accept that because they see school as free day care. College being day care w/sex and alcohol (for most).
So most want more money for education just like they want more money for SS and medicare.
Since education is where the socialism/communism is being taught as good, by supporting its funding, you’re supporting the domestic enemies of the country.
Don’t forget legal weed and commutation of sentences for drug offenses. Poor little butter cups.

“young minds full of mush” (as Rush
Limbaugh calls them), the choice is easy:
1. Capitalism: I pay for college myself, or
2. Socialism: The government pays for it.
Of course, the current brainwashed crop of
college “students” is unaware that the
government has no money of its own,
so “free” tuition means that their neighbors
would pay for it.
I guess the Czechs didn’t get the memo that the use of the word ‘confederacy’ is now disallowed.
Because their parents are 100% disconnected from reality and rather throw their kids into the arms of the government and onto the backs of the taxpayers to be educated.
There are NO good government schools.
There are only varying degrees of horrific with government schools.

At the same time that they want to release all these drug dealers they are saying that the Federal Government is not spending enough on drug treatment, that its a huge problem across the US.
In the process Bernie trashes Obama-care, deductibles too high, co-pays too high..

Point of order. The media the Millennials do not watch nor pays attention to is claiming they are liberal. The Media saying this is known to lie on such issues. All the people I know in that age group do not like any of the old folks who did so much harm to them. They do not trust nor support the same old same old politicization.
Sanders is not getting support because of his socialism so much as its a finger to Hillary and the old guard. Same with why so many are supporting Trump and Cruz.
