Well good for her. She’s wrong. Rubio was born on U.S. soil to parents legally within the United States. That meets the definition of natural born citizen, both as it was defined by common law where the term was derived when the Constitution was written, and also as adjudicated multiple times in Court cases, including rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court. This is not debatable or disputable. No one who states otherwise could even the most basic knowledge of this issue, nor could they have made even the slightest attempt to research it.
Ted Cruz was born to an American mother - there is no evidence he needed to go through a naturalization process to become a U.S. Citizen. So either he was a U.S. Citizen at birth, or he is not a citizen at all. If the latter, he is not eligible to be a U.S. Senator, either - and would be an illegal immigrant and need to be deported to Canada. Is anyone actually making this claim?

Who didn’t apply for citizenship for 4 years after his birth. And even if you want to give them a pass on that, it’s not all that clear they intended on staying in the country at the time of his birth. There was quite a bit of traveling back and forth to Cuba with mom staying back there for about a month on one of the trips.
Have you researched the fact his parents were registered voters in Canada the year he was born?
If so had they claimed Canadian citizenship and renounced their original ones?
Does Canada allow voting by non citizens?
There seems to be people who claim his Mother renounced her citizenship too...
